I've never had a smoother family flight! The airline's marketing promised family-friendly service, and it truly delivered. My kids were entertained the entire time, thanks to the interactive features and games available. It was a stress-free flight for us parents too!

El peor vuelo que he tenido. Teníamos escala en Singapore, te hacen rellenar un Qr que no puedes traducir(intentamos pasar antes de rellenar y nos dijeron que no podíamos) después de una hora vamos a quejarnos de que salía error y nos dejan pasar sin más… en vez de avisar a la gente que no funcionaba yque nos dejaran pasar antes ya que teníamos una conexión y casi llegamos tarde pero claro no… nos retrasan vuelo cogido con ellos casi dos horas como no pasa las dos horas no te indemnizan. Pero si tú llegas tarde 1 minuto no puedes montar. Habían otras opciones que salían por menos de la mitad 150 euros. Pagamos 500 y la comida eran uno a espaguetis blancos sin salsa y dos tomates Cherry… vegano 😹 alucinante. Me gustó Singapurcomo para estar dos días, pero la aerolínea lo peor que he visto

Losing its touch, no longer a top airline.
They have lost their touch. Whilst the cabin attendants are super friendly, the food service on all four segments was exceptionally slow. You wait ages for your meal. Also, the business class seating is very outdated, you can’t stretch your legs straight out infront of you, only whilst in the bed position and then at an angle. The food wasn’t spectacular. The airline was very punctual on all flights. Their lounge in Changi was very warm and crowded each direction. Wifi was good and free onboard. They also do not have a sliding door at each seat for extra privacy, which many airlines now offer in business class. Flight was well priced though.

Waardeloze ervaring Singapore airlines
Op 25 okt zouden we om 11:00 u vertrekken, we zitten nu al 2:45 uur in het vliegtuig zonder airco ivm een reparatie. De communicatie is zeer summier. Het is bloedheet en benauwd in t vliegtuig. Nog geen nieuws over vervolg…. Ik ben er klaar mee. Nooit meer Singapore airlines. Hoezo de beste airliner?? Nu effe niet.

We flew Singapore Air;ine (SIA) for the first time from Bangkok to Seoul via Singapore. The checkin and boarding was very smooth. The seat was quite large and comfortable. The cabin crew were very nice and friendly. The food on BKK-Singapore route was quite tasty and on Singapore -Seoul route was excellent. They provided Free WiFi on both route wghich make us very happy. The entertainment (Movie, TV and Music) was great. This was one of our most enjoyable flights.

Appalling Premium Economy seating allocation
Please be aware of questionable booking and seat allocation with SAL. We recently booked 3 premium economy seats from London to Singapore in the hopes of having some additional rest, relaxation and comfort. I was placed directly beside an elderly woman sitting on an inside seat, who was unaccompanied and was incapable of looking after herself. Throughout the duration of our 14 plus hr flight I was continually disturbed by this elderly ladies’ daughter, granddaughter and cabin crew who used my seat as access to her. Her daughter and granddaughter checked on her by sitting at her and my feet and used my seat and floor access to reach her. These was not occasional visits but were ongoing and frequent within every half hour or so. At no stage was it possible for me to stretch out my legs, rest or sleep due to continual disturbance. When I did attempt to sleep, I was woken by her daughter. When her daughter was not present the lady grew agitated looking for her belongings etc and got so upset that I and another lady in the row had to get her daughter who was sitting some way away in economy. I feel for the lady who was not fit to travel without family beside her. However, this lady should not have been allocated an inside seat beside non family. We paid for 3 premium economy seats to secure additional comfort for rest and relaxation during a long flight. I had no degree of comfort, rest or relaxation and was distressed and exhausted by the end of the flight. We are aggrieved at the amount of money spent on a seat that meant I experienced my worst flight ever. We were offered a derisory number of Kris Flyer points when we lodged a complaint – which were refused

Worst baggage policy, not friends of musicians. Will never fly again. They don’t allow anything else than a laptop bag and no carry on over 7kg. Bringing a guitar means being treated like trash by their staff even though their policy clearly says you can bring them.

Was assigned seat not next to my 12 years old daughter even we booked in same booking number. Contacted live chat and they said because I didn't buy seat selection. Fly SQ few years ago and it never happened. Now they arrange seat randomly even my daughter is a minor. SQ now is a budget airline. Not worth the ticket price!

i loved that there was a lot of movies and tv and other stuff. with nice food cuz of the main course, dessert, and sides with some delicious drinks. Boarding was smooth and it was just so easy to fall asleep. even got a hot towel:)

優しさの欠片もないシンガポール航空! 足が不自由なので座席の場所の件で東京の事務所に電話した。 膝が曲がらないので狭いエコノミーは無理なのでプレミアムエコノミーにしようと思った。 赤ちゃんのバスケットを吊るす席は既に一人予約が入っているという。 だったら、その隣とかなら予約できるのか聞いたけどNOだった! ここは赤ちゃんの家族のための席で取ってあるという。 それなら、予約が入らなかったら座れるのか聞いたら、結局、永遠に無理らしい。 前が広い席がいいのならビジネスだと広いですよ! と、頭の悪い回答が! 凄くお金があるのならファーストに乗るし、それより無ければビジネスに乗るし、エコノミーだと厳しいからプレミアムにしようとしたのに、赤ちゃん連れは差額なく座れて、足の悪いものは絶対に座れないって企業としてありえない! だったら、プレミアムエコノミーの2列目とかで足元の空いている寸法を教えてくれと聞いたら、予約センターだからわからない! 前にも足の悪い人が同じ事を着いいけれどわからないと答えた!だって! 小学生ですか? 他にも何人も問い合わせているだろうから、だったら現場に電話して聞けばいいじゃん! 同じ会社だよね! 質問に答えられなくてわかりませんって企業として終わってる! 責任者はいないのか? バイトか派遣が? 前に問い合わせた人も乗らなかっただろうな! この程度のことを調べも回答もできない会社なんて信用できない

so basically got a booked flight from Frankfurt to Manila just to see that my class got changed without warning. had Premium economy booked and got changed to economy after paying nearly 4000 for the roundtrip ticket. i basically just got overcharged and got downgraded. i will sure never fly singapore airlines ever. better deals and very sure service cant be worse elsewhere. another heads up last time in august in manila passengers had to stay 2 hours inside the plane while was a issue with assigned gate. no information from crew and not even one apology from missed flight.

Unfortunatelly, not the same anymore...
I used to love travelling on Singapore airlines because of the service and the smile. No longer. My current experience is dissapointing. Unhelpful, unsmiling staff, mean food, no trying to assist and make me and my husband comfortable and valued as loyal long-term customers. Next time, we will be rather using Qatar or Emirates airline.

Singapore Airlines Sucks
I do not have a single good thing to say about Singapore Airlines. We flew Singapore to Sydney at start of October 24, and it was the worst flight out of our whole holiday. We flew economy. It was so squishy that our legs touched the seats in front. The drinks we had to choose from was only red or white wine. That's it. And the food to choose from was only fish or vegetarian. Rebooked after 14 hours for few passengers only for connecting flight where as some can go on the same connecting flight
Flying from Hyderabad to San Francisco. Flight started from Hyderabad to Singapore and mid year they rebooked my flight from Singapore to San Francisco for the next day. The sad part is 2 airport Singapore airlines help desk staff told different stories. One person told the flight was over booked and hence they shifted few folks to next day. There were 60+ people from same Hyderabad to Singapore flight supposed to take Singapore to San Francisco flight but only 10 or so got rebooked for next flight. It’s unfair and discrimination on how only few people were rebooked and others Can go on the connecting flight without changes. Had to take an extra day off from work, medication etc had to be skipped. Very poor customer service and I would never trust Singapore airlines with my confirmed reservation. Please be cautious when booking on Singapore airlines

I was thinking where are my two luggage is? It’s more than 16 hours, what happen to Singapore.Airline. I don’t have my things, plus I booked an hotel try to with for that luggage, and don’t clothes to wear aswell. I went back home for holiday and not to stressed my self so disappointed

Best airline business class I have ever flown
I flew business class from Los Angeles to Singapore which took 16 1/2 hours and I thought I was going to get a business seat but I was pleasantly surprised to get a very comfortable seat with plenty of storage a nice big screen for movies and such and the crew made it into a bed that was relatively comfortable and I slept fairly well for a plane. The flight attendants were so kind with excellent customer service and ready to help you anytime. The food was really good too. Best experience I’ve ever had flying business class on a long flight and I’ve traveled all over the world.

Great Airline.
We booked the Premium Economy seats as we knew had a few long haul flights to get through. We are so glad we did. The extra room, comfy seats and extras that came with it made the upgrade so worth it. The staff were professional, and nothing was too much trouble. We will not hesitate to fly with Singapore Air again and especially book the Premium Economy seats.
