Thorough walking tour with Nico
Nico was very knowledgeable and thorough. We booked a 2-hour tour and ended up spending nearly 3 1/2 hours with Nico learning all about the history of the old city of Cartegena de India. We appreciated his thoroughness and in depth understanding of the area. We highly recommend this tour.

Nico was a consummate professional! He had just celebrated his 34th year as a tour guide. He made each stop of the tour both a look into history but also how his own personal experiences and memories as a native Cartagena resident wide into the fabric of the city. While our tour had a hiccup due to protests he made it work and allowed for us to adjust as necessary. Thank you Nico for the unforgettable experience!

Adaptable and informative
Really great tour. Nice car with strong air conditioning. We learned a lot about the city and moved to areas we might not have seen. Our driver Gabriel and guide K I k e were thoughtful and attentive. When it was hot and we didn’t choose to walk, they adapted and drove us. Very good tour.

EXCELENTE Tour Privado con Angélica
Angélica fue una guía increíblemente buena. Explicó la importancia histórica y cultural de los principales sitios de Cartagena (el Monasterio, el Fuerte), así como las estrategias para las distintas fortificaciones. ¡Los túneles eran SALVAJES! (Casi pierdo a mi marido - sonríe) . Cerca del final del recorrido. Angélica nos llevó a una cafetería local para comer un tradicional arroz coco, pollo amigo y patacone. Fue muy agradable escuchar sobre la historia de Columbia de boca de un nativo. Ah, y Ricardo hizo un excelente trabajo llevándonos por las calles a veces concurridas. Disfrutamos mucho del recorrido.

Amazing Tour!
Nico was great! We had an amazing time touring Cartagena and would highly recommend using him. He took us all around the city and we saw everything we wanted. He was very helpful and had some great stories!

Viajar en un automóvil privado con nuestro guía Nico fue una gran experiencia. Estaba muy bien informado y pudo responder todas las preguntas. Recorrimos la ciudad visitando los sitios más visitados, así como los vecindarios fuera de lo común para tener una idea de cómo viven los residentes en esta cultura. Nuestro conductor navegó hábilmente por las congestionadas calles de Categena. En retrospectiva, esta fue una muy buena elección frente a los autobuses turísticos.

Perfect 4 hour hour private tour of Cartagena
We had a driver, Fernando, and a tour guide, Francisco. It was incredibly warm and humid and they did a great job trying to keep us in the shade and keeping the car cool for us. Francisco was very knowledgeable about Cartagena and Columbian history and culture and spoke excellent English. We were very thankful we chose this private tour instead of a large excursion from the ship. Despite the heavy traffic, Fernando made sure we didn’t miss a thing and got us back to our ship with plenty of time to spare. Excellent tour! We highly recommend it!

Fabuloso e informativo
Francisco es un guía fabuloso que conoce muy bien Cartagena y que claramente ama su ciudad. Pudimos ver mucho en un corto período de tiempo y definitivamente lo buscaríamos nuevamente si regresamos a Cartagena. Creo que volver a Cartagena es más probable para nosotros por nuestra gran experiencia.
