Very helpful staff would use again

We ordered two kitchens from Stephen: one for the Granny Annex and one for the main house extension. We found Stephen online and, after checking other good reviews, decided to contact SJB for a quote. Stephen was super efficient, providing us with the quote and suggestions within 2-3 days, despite being on holiday. We found his quote to be much better than those from other big names in the market, whose service was super slow in replying. We ordered two kitchens, and all communication was smooth and efficient. My builder confirmed that the quality is good as well. The after-service was excellent, too; when my builder accidentally drilled too much into a drawer, Stephen promptly reordered it for us. We are so happy with the purchase and wholeheartedly recommend them.

Great kitchen really well made. Looks fantastic. Fitting was made easy with cabinets pre drilled . Steve was always happy to answer his phone for any help/advice needed. I made a mistake on a drawer front and Steve quickly got me another. Highly recommend SJB kitchens.

Fantastic service straight from the beginning, communication was easy no question unanswered, Steve helped design the kitchen and worked with us to make it what we wanted and what would work best for us. He then delivered way up to us quite a distance . The units came already assembled the quality was top notch, Steve also sent us guides on how to put them together and even the wood worktops came with oil. Was straight forward to fit and at half the price we were quoted elsewhere. Would recommend 100%. Thank you we are delighted.

Incredibly happy with my new office. From initial communication through to production of a plan from my drawing, sourcing fittings to suit requirements, tweaking to make everything fit and delivery of units in a timely way. Would highly recommend SJB if you’re looking to source a quality product, at a great price with excellent customer service.

My wife discovered Steve and SJ Ball by an internet search. Right items. Right colour. Right finish. Can I put my hand on my heart and say I understand all the kitchen quote terminology? No, but I know a man who does. Steve. You can ring him up. He answers the phone. He comes across as a friend who helps, with a genuine “we’re all in this together” vibe. Definitely recommend. It arrived on time, and everything we were promised. I’ll leave the last word to our builder when we told him how much we paid. “You got a bargain”. We would add photos but we are still unpacking. Give me a few days.

I recently had a kitchen installed by SJB, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The service was amazing, and the entire process was incredibly smooth from start to finish. The quality of the kitchen is faultless, and it was extremely affordable compared to other options I considered. There were a couple of bolts missing in the initial delivery, but SJB handled it promptly and professionally, delivering the missing parts the very next day. This level of customer service is rare and highly appreciated. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again for future developments. Thank you for a fantastic job!

If Carlsberg did kitchen suppliers then they would be called SJB. The quality of cabinets and doors they supply are top notch. From order to delivery and through to after care they have been amazing and special thanks go to Steve for going the extra mile to support us when installing… in short the service we have received is something you expect but rarely get. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Please se before and after pics.

I recently purchased a small kitchen and double wardrobe for a studio rental from SJB. The whole process went smoothly with excellent communication from Steve. The Kitchen was great quality and excellent value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will use again on future studio refurbs.

If you’re shopping around for a kitchen - STOP! This is the place! Communication with Steve was fantastic- the design was tricky and Steve persevered! He even managed to make use of what wren deemed as “dead” space! We now have one and half extra units and a spice rack that wren couldn’t fit! Colour and design options are unlimited and the quality and workmanship is far superior than what we nearly bought for a higher price! Even the joiner fitting the kitchen asked for his details. Extremely pleased and worth every penny.

We needed to replace our old kitchen and visited several kitchen suppliers and there was lots, we saw SJB kitchens on line gave them a text and we got a reply within 30 minutes from Steve the owner, he was so helpful and we saw a sample of cabinets and the doors, we were so impressed with the quality and price of these kitchens,we knew what style and colour we wanted . Every query was was answered, he listened to what we needed . Next day he sent a plan for us to look at, just what we wanted , cabinets, sink, door handles, we asked for advice on how we could upgrade the kitchen, and he let us know what we could do to improve our ideas. We can’t recommend this company enough , no pushy sales man that don’t listen. The kitchen came within 3 weeks as specified delivered with care . We are so happy we found SJB kitchens the quality and service is second to none and the price is amazing . We recommend any one to get in touch with them as you definitely won’t be disappointed.
