Our shop assistant experienced a technical error on her work station and the other work station was busy serving another customer. We understand our customers have limited time therefore we promote an alternative to in store shopping on our website. I was not impressed wanted to purchase material was told Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays you can pay cash .Tuesday and Thursday Online purchases only. A survey should have done with your regular clients before implementing this system.Not everyone has a banking account , not Access to internet or having a computer .I know this can be done via cell phone too did you consider the elderly that are not into technology . Speaking for myself I prefer to walk into a store pay and leave unless it is a small business who does not have store .Material you need to see with naked eye and feel seeing on website is totally different story. I have to go back to store tomorrow which I am considering, my time and petrol . I was not impressed at all walked away unhappy , surely I was not the only one.

We understand change is unsettling, however I think you will agree that changes are our new normal. It is a pitty you missed participating in our in-store and online surveys - since we incorporated the feedback to keep 3 days per week for traditional in store purchases (Mon, Wed, Fri and 1st Saturday of the month) and 2 days per week as a showroom (Tues and Thu). For your convenience our online sales are open 24/7 and if you do not have access to a computer, our friendly shop assistants will help you with your online purchases on a dedicated computer in our shop. If you do not have a bank account or are uncomfortable buying online, you are welcome to make your purchases Mon, Wed & Fridays in store. I am sure you will find the suitable shopping option for you and adjust accordingly. I hope you can benefit from our extended online shopping hours when your don't have the time to visit us in person. Kind regards SK Team

One of the best organized fabric shops I've ever visited. All samples neatly arranged on hangers which you collect as you go. No lugging around heavy rolls of fabric. The staff super friendly and helpful. They even put stickers on your pieces of cut fabric so you have a reference for future purchases. Wide selection of fabrics available

Giving this store 1 star based purely on having to wait 45 minutes, nearly an hour for 2(!) metres of fabric. They have nice fabrics but the staff is so nonchalant, no one really comes to assist you out of their own, they're always busy with what seems like bulk orders so everyone IN the store has to wait. Ridiculous. Nevermind that they close at 2.30/3PM. So bottom line: if you're in a time crunch, forget about coming into this store. This is not a once off incident, it happens every single time.
