When our boiler had broken down, I called up and the very friendly bookings team helped me get booked in swiftly for a technician to come and inspect my boiler.
On the day the technician come round who was friendly and very professional. Got our boiling up and running again in no time at all plus leaving the area clean and tidy where he had been.
Very impressed with the service I received, I would high recommend using Smart AIM Solutions.

We were most impressed by the work carried out by Smart Solutions from the time the water leak problem was assessed through to the work being carried out. They were empathetic with the enormity of the problem we faced and dealt with us very promptly.
The people were punctual, polite at all times and worked hard to deal with the work needed. We couldn’t have wished for a better Company and would highly recommend Smart Solutions.

Decided to use these guys as they were local to me (Kesgrave) when my heating suddenly stopped working. Turned up when they said they would, sorted my problem quickly and worked neatly all while keeping me informed on what was being done and why. After a boiler going faulty, a service that couldn't be completed. We decided to replace it with a new upgrade. Smart AIM completed a firms upgrade & decided to choose these guys after a couple of quotes.
Decent guts did the exchange, the work was neat, tidy & cleanly completed, on time & no fuss. A thoroughly good job all round. Everything works fine too.

I enquired about having an outside tap fitted. Smart Aim Solutions arrived the next day and completed the job. The install is extremely neat and the lad who carried out the work was very polite and helpful.
Highly recommended, I will use this company for all plumbing work in future.

Excellent company. Communicated the issues we had well and outlined options. We received a quote really quickly and we were able to get the work done within a couple of weeks. We had a problem this morning with our push button toilet flush. Telephoned at 7.30 am and explained the problem. Very friendly service from Karen and a visit was sorted for mid afternoon the same day. All sorted by Harley, who so professional and friendly. We hiighly recommend.
