The quality of the windows and doors are first rate, as was the installation which was quick and tidy. The door especially was superb and far exceeded our expectations. The brochure doesn't do justice to how good the glasswork actually is.

SMART were absolutely brilliant. The quote was far, far better than another I got from a similar company. They were quick to do the quote, book me in and the fitter (Justin) was excellent. Our job was a bit more complex in the end and needed changes to quotes along with some additional work. Justin had to unpick much of what he had started at our request and through no fault of his own, without any problem whatsoever. Andy the owner was also able to adjust diary commitments and attend onsite to accommodate the extra work needed without having to come back at a later date. I was impressed with their flexibility, customer focus and knowledge of older properties which helped steer us to the best solution in terms of guttering and fascias for our home. Overall a really good experience and would highly recommend.

We have used Smart Installations twice now. A few years ago they replaced facshias and gutters and did a great job so we didn’t hesitate to contact them when we needed a new front door and a replacement window pane. They kept us well informed and they have again done a great job. I would highly recommend Smart Installations.

Punctual,tidy and good workmanship

Great experience throughout from initial contact, sales/quotaion visits including product samples, materials/access survey, communication with the office and last, but by no means least, the excellent workmanship and willingness to answer questions from the installation team. Site left clean and tidy at the end of the work. Many thanks for a great job everyone.

Smart just completed our windows and what a great job they did. The attention to detail from scope to install was incredible. The fitters Liam and Dave went the extra mile to ensure everything was perfect. We went for triple glazed, black ash frames which has really helped with noise and heat retention. We’re now planning to replace mock tudor and facia boards to modernise the exterior. We’d 100% recommend Smart!

I have been really pleased with my new guttering and the job the Smart installers did. They were on time, very informative and professional. They also did an excellent job at clearing up! I have no hesitation in recommending Smart and would definitely use them again.

There was good communication at all stages of the process, from initial assessment through to final installation. The work was finished at a very good pace and standard, encouraging us to view the work as each stage was completed. Chad and Richie (the installers) worked very concienciously and went the extra mile by remedying any small jobs they came across eg. sealing top of windows. Richie also did a good job fixing poor work on the roof done by previous installers. Great experience and would be happy to recommend Smart Installations.

Did two new doors and our guttering - offered a great price - no money up front - came out on the day agreed and did a great job left no mess and took all the rubbish away - thoroughly recommend they are a good old fashioned business there are not many left!!!!

After a delayed start a new porch was done and I am well pleased with the result. The installers were polite, efficient and tidy. I cannot fault them. However I now don’t have a letterbox.

This is the 3rd time I have used Smart and once again very happy with the work completed. Installing engineers were a pleasure to have in the house, very polite and all rooms left clean and tidy. Competitive prices and great quality. Would highly recommend
