We were very impressed with Smith Roofing. They came for the appointment and even let us know that they were running a bit late. The worker came on time and did an excellent job and did not leave one speck of mess and it was a messy job! We highly recommend them!

Before you hire this company make sure you do not have a HANDICAP neighbor. There is no way to put the picture on here to show the disrespect this company and the team lead on site have for neighbors of the people that use this company. I have to use aids to help me walk that's why the parking spot is clearly maked handicap. This company dropped there dumpster in the front part of the spot and then opened the door of it and laid osb board down that took up the whole handicap parking spot. Then the lead and one of his helpers decided it was a good idea to laugh at me because I had to struggle to get to my house. This includes the lady I spoke to on the phone that didn't think there was anything wrong with the situation. So just be aware of your handicap neighbors when dealing with this company because they don't care about them. If I could not give them a star I wouldn't but of course you don't get that option. Just like there is no option for the picture to show how disrespectful this company and their employees are.

Straight-forward, good communication throughout, and a fast and well-done roofing job on our house. They provided good information throughout the process and did an excellent job cleaning up when finished. We have a large house with a very steep roof, and they did both the tear-off and the installation in less than two days. I would not hesitate to use Smith Roofing & Remodeling again

We hired Smith Bros to reroof the steeple of the church. It required two different types of roofs, special equipment, and on the job construction decisions. The job was highly specialized. It all started with an inspection of the steeple which included climbing up the inside of the 140 year old structure as well as an exterior inspection in which they utilized a drone. Afterward an estimate was drawn up and the plan reviewed by Jesse Smith(the owner). Jesse contacted us directly to guide us through some option choices. He knows exactly what he’s doing and is able to guide you through cost efficiency considerations as well as planning the long term impact of reroofing with differing materials and techniques. They said they could do the job in a day. The job manager came at 6:30 am, and the last of the crew left at 9:30 pm. They did the job in one day and when they left you couldn't tell that anyone had been there. The Smith crew loves doing the work they do, their subcontractors (gutters, facia, soffit) are the same. They love what they do and they are efficient at it. We didn’t shop this job around, we just called Smith Bros. Why? Because we hired Smith Bros the previous year to reroof the parsonage. It was 27 squares on a rather simple roof design. We also had some gutter and facia work done on another structure. The reroof started at 7 am and was complete by 11 am with no evidence that anyone was there. The other work was done on a different day by their subcontractors and was done just as well and as efficient as the main job. We did shop that job around last year. Smith Bros’s estimate was nearly $5000 less than the other local competitor, not because Smith Bros was using inferior products or cutting corners, rather they were honest and had the integrity to price the job fairly without trying to make a fast buck like the competitor did. Beware there are unscrupulous roofers in Columbia City! Smith Bros are not one of them. That’s why Smith Bros is our roofing company. We don’t shop our roofing needs around. We just call Smith Bros. Roofing.

I used Smith roofing to repair some recent storm damage. All work was done very quickly and professionally. I particularly liked how they worked with my insurance company, doing all the leg work so I didnt have to deal with it.

Smith Roofing replaced all of the gutters and downspouts on our house and added gutter guards as well. They were very professional and efficient in performing the work. My only complaint would be there failure to keep me informed as to when they would be doing the install.
