This grill errors out constantly. I'll think I'm smoking something, come back out and the grill is completely cold. Can't tell you how many meals this has ruined.

Customer service is top notch. We needed a repair part for our 4 year old smoker. Received an email back within 5 minutes. Called to place the order and talked to one of the brothers. Makes me proud to support a fellow American small business. Best smoker we have ever purchased.

These guys are class act. They have one of the best products on the market. Their customer service is top notch.

I’ve had my $2000+ Premier 30 grille almost 2 years and I’ll say it is built solidly, steel construction wise, and I’ve grilled plenty of great meals. The caulking used between steel panels is failing in multiple places, the handle is never really tightened, and the grille grates are made in China (not really disclosed upfront). The stars fall short when Ryan wouldn’t resolve the brand new controller I received that would not temperature down (the button didn’t work). Multiple follow attempts went unanswered. I even tried to order a grille cabinet but they never responded to resolve the freight issue I was having online when ordering. Overall the grille is fine and has been outside uncovered through serious elements, but I wouldn’t purchase again. I’m disappointed in their follow up and I’m sure other manufacturers are capable to provide adequate support, unlike what I experienced from Smokin Brothers.

We had just bought a brand new pellet grill to smoke our first brisket on Memorial weekend. Came out in the morning meat prepped and everything and the auger would not load the pellets, disassembled checked for a jam and nothing. Needless to say we were disappointed and my wife emailed the company on Memorial Day. Ryan from Smoking Brothers responded immediately and tried to resolve our situation via call eventually assessing that the auger was stripped. He apologized for the inconvenience and drove up from over 2 hours away the next day and replaced the motor and auger and now it works perfectly. We are so impressed that not only did Ryan respond on Memorial Day but drove up the next day to fix our new grill. As a business owner I know the importance of customer service and cannot overstate how above and beyond Ryan and Smoking Brothers went to make sure that their customers are taken care of. In a time where it really seems like customer service in general is dying , Ryan and Smoking Brothers are a beacon of light in the world showing that there are still people and companies that really care. Thanks again Ryan.

All I got to say is if my wife ever decides to leave me, I get custody of my Smokin Brothers 24" Premier pellet grill! Should have bought this a long time ago.

I bought the premier plus 30 and love the way it cooks. That said the powder coating started peeling in just a few months. I called Ryan (the owner) and he promised to resolve the issue but to paint it for now and he would be able to sell as a used grill!! Yes he told me to paint a nearly brand new 2000 dollar grill!! That was a year ago and now he won’t answer calls or texts. I bought the grill because of being made in USA. What a shame I got better customer service from the Chinese companies. Beware of this company and look at other options. There are much higher quality grills out there.

purchased grill online have 30'' Premier have had green mountain grill and traeger and this thing will blow them away food taste so much better also the build quality is great very solid grill i was also amazed with how quiet it runs compared to other pellet grills would recommend to anyone also the customer service is fantastic you get a real person on the phone not a robot or someone you cant understand

I only gave one star because I had to in order to leave a review. This company is terrible and doesn’t stand behind their product. I have been trying to get ahold of someone since July 2022 to deal with an issue with my smoker, only to be lied to by being told “Ryan will call you”. But yet no call. They don’t care about their customers only the money. Not how I thought I would be treated by sticking with an American made product and company.

I’ll start out by saying that these grills are built like a tank. I have been using a friend’s little brother for a couple of years and I love it. I live in Lexington, KY and we have no local SB dealers. I was able to find a dealer in Louisville, KY (Cherry Valley spa) that had a 30” Premier plus with cover in stock. So, I rented a trailer drove 90 miles (180 round trip) to pick up my grill. The dealer had several other grills in the show room with side shelves. So I was able to buy a side shelf also. In total it was just shy of $2000 without the trailer rental or gas ($100). Paul (owner) loaded the box and I was on my way. Unboxing was easy I had my neighbor help me carry this beast up onto my deck. As I started to assemble side shelf, I cut my finger on the unfinished edge on the underside of the shelf. I then noticed that the edge on the pellet hopper was very sharp to. I called Smokin Brothers about the issue and I was informed by Ryan that all I need to do was run a knife sharpener along the edge to remove the sharp edge. That didn’t solve issue. I ended up spending 1 hour and using a deburring tool and emery cloth to round out the edges. I just paid $2000 for this “Made In The USA” grill and it wasn’t perfect. For that kind of money, it should be perfect. That pretty much took all the joy out of my purchase decision. After my second call to SB (Ryan) informed me that there was an issue with the cutting laser and the defect was missed in their quality control and the dealer should have caught it before the sale. What upset me even more than having to grind on my new grill was that the fact that manufacture wasn’t concerned about making it right. After talking to the dealer, they were so ashamed that the manufacture wasn’t concerned about resolving my issue that they are sending me an extra top grate and lifter on the house. Thank you, Paul. Now for the good part after using my grill for 4 weeks and #45 of pellets I love it. I did made a modification. I added 2 bolts to the upper grill as stops. I found that upper grate slid very easy and if not careful it would slide out of the track. I also made 2 grate push, pull and lift tools out of Kobalt bottle openers. I would like to see a calibration routine for the grill and meat probe. SB told me that using ice water was not and accurate way to calibrate. It would also be nice to have some extra functionality in the app (alarms, automatic temperature adjustment) Hopefully this grill will out live me and my daughter will have it to make great food for her family.

I’ve been dreaming of owning a Smokin Brothers smoker/grill for many years. This was the time. I’ve had a Premier Plus 30 for a week now. So far I’ve smoked a delicious rack of ribs, the best smoked turkey I’ve ever ever made and grilled hamburgers and hotdogs. The smoker/grill performed wonderfully. I was afraid clean up was going to be a hassle. After each cook, I cleaned it. It was incredibly easy. I am so happy I chose a Smokin Brothers smoker/grill.

This is My first pellet grill. I have had my pp30 for about a year now. I don’t normally give reviews but this thing is Amazing. I had the opportunity to buy a Traeger for 40% off and after finding out they are made in china, I decided to look for something made in America and found the Smokin Brothers. After reading reviews and talking with them I decided on the Smokin Brothers. I am so glad I did. This thing is built like a tank. The Traeger is made with flimsy steel. Another selling point was the pellet hopper on the front when you are limited on space. I used it all winter long in Indiana and this thing held temp within one to two degrees. The costumer service is outstanding, when I had a question they always responded right away.

I’ve had my Smokin Brothers Premier Plus 24 grill for almost a year and it has been excellent in every way! Easy to learn cooking programs, simple maintenance, good support for questions and most important GOOD FOOD! No matter what I grill: ribs, baked beans, shrimp, trout, beef roasts, chicken, turkeys, pork butts, etc. the food is tender and juicy with a delicate smoke flavor. We live in northern MN and I can honestly tell you that I’ve used my grill in sub-zero temperatures a number of times. The grill has no problem holding set temps and food is cooked nearly as fast at minus 10 as it is at 40 degrees F. I cooked an 8 lb. pork butt about a month ago (outside temperature was -8) and wanted it to be done ahead of normal cooking time so I cranked up the temp to 325 for the last hour and a half. No problem at all for this grill! I nicknamed it “the Beast”. I did a lot of research before I bought a grill and liked what I saw at Smokin’ Brothers- especially being made in the USA in the middle of BBQ country!! Would I recommend that anyone else should buy a Smokin’ Brothers grill? You Bet!

I bought my 36 inch grill more than a year ago and have used it a lot since then. My one observation is that very early on, the heating element in the pellet starter system went out. I called the office and THE NEXT DAY, they sent out someone to fix it. The person showing up was the owner of the company. He fixed it quickly and it works like a dream. That is amazing customer service since I live 400 miles from their office.

Absolutely love my PP36. It is a tank, unlike the cheap, Chinese junk being sold most places. Great product. Great service. American made. Best BBQ!

Great Grills, Great Service

Great investment! I am fairly new to smoking, but I am glad I spent the time to do my research. I looked into Smokin' Brothers based off of a recommendation from a co-worker who does award winning BBQ here in the mid-west. This is a well built smoker and their service department is excellent. Any time I had a question, they were able to help right away. I have been recommending these guys to everyone and I get to support a small business.
