Amazing authentic Basque cheesecake! The delivery person was very communicative and prompt. We ordered a small cake for an intimate dinner party and it was a big hit. It tasted just like the ones in San Sebastian

Delicious burnt cheese cake done in a Basque way. Creamy and soft, a real must if you want to impress your friends for a dinner or you want to indulge your senses with a real home made pastry. Every time it's gone in a blink of an eye :) Really recommended.

We absolutely loved the cheesecake. We had bought a large one for a cosy evening with friends and everyone was astounded. The flavours of espresso, caramel and Bourbon vanilla really made this a fantastic melt in the mouth experience! Every next bite was better than the last. The pick up option was super cute as a mom and her daughter had handed the cake over at the front door. Just a heartwarming and sweet pre Xmas experience over all…. Thanks so much😙😍😜🙏

I’ve been on the hunt for burnt cheesecake since I tried it in San Sebastián years ago. Madame Charlie’s cake definitely meets my expectations!! I ordered the individual muffins, which is perfectly bite-sized after a meal. The were very responsive and helpful when I sent some questions via email, the order and pickup was seamless. I will definitely be a return customer!!

I’m a big fan of the basque cheesecake and today my boyfriend surprised me, and brought me to the market. I took a piece to have later after dinner and OH My my! It s delicious! Maybe bit too sweet for my taste but, the texture, the burnt and caramelized outside,… took me right back home ❤️

the Burnt Cheesecake from Madame Charlie is by far the best cake I have ever tried!! when in Amsterdam go visit the market stall of Madam Charlie or order online and get your overly delicious Basque burn cheese cake and you will be hooked for life!!

Perfectly executed burnt basque cheescake. Amazing caramelized flavor with a smooth, creamy interior and completely no bad 'burnt' flavor. Tasted like Crème Brûlée. We had a single slice, available at the Lindengracht markt on Saturdays, but will be ordering a whole cake for a special occasion. I hope they are able to open a café in the future to cement them as the best basque cheesecake in the Netherlands.

Afgelopen week kocht ik enkele Basque cheesecake-muffins en die zijn… niet normaal zooooo lekker: absoluut de lekkerste!!! (Alle superlatieven kwamen voorbij in mijn hoofd!). Tijdens dit aha-moment, was de markt helaas al gesloten, anders was ik terug gerend voor meer. Dan dus snel een andere keer :). YUM YUM YUM!!
