I highly recommend Solstra - great customer service, high quality equipment and an experienced team looking after the installation and post installation support etc. Very happy with our Solstra experience.

We only need a small job done to remove 2 solar panels (due to the disappointing approach of Heritage advisors in Stonnington Council). The Solstra team was great - the office team managed to fit our job in before Christmas given it was a small job and time sensitive. The Team doing the job contacted me before heading over to confirm their ETA, they were friendly and got the job done efficiently. Would happily use them again and recommend them.

The original meeting with Kevin was very positive and on board with my own thinking. Once agree the installation went well and on time and the 10KW panels and battery were commissioned ahead of schedule. Apart from a meter to inverter communication error which took a week to be resolved the system has worked well. I would recomment Kevin and his team.

We enlisted Solstra to renew and upgrade our whole system including a battery. Was by far the smartest choice we made. Clean, tidy, professional and efficient. Couldn’t be happier with the results and we got it in on time as quoted. Will always recommend Kevin and his team!!

Choose Solstra if you value competence without hype. Kevin and his team did an excellent job installing panels safely on my steep, second story roof, with neat, unobtrusive wiring runs to the inverter, switchboard and new hot water service. Clear and informed communication from both the office and on-site teams. Highly recommended.

I had solar panels put on my roof 5 years ago. After hearing advice on Melbourne radio to have solar systems regularly maintained and cleaned I looked for recommendations for a reliable company to service my panels. I’m really glad I chose Solstra. Their customer service and administration were excellent and the qualified team who serviced the system were friendly, competent and very efficient. They kept in contact about their arrival time and prepared a report, with photos, about the condition of the system. (Luckily it was in good condition after 5 years). I won’t wait so long for the next service - and will certainly be asking Solstra to do it. The cost was reasonable. Highly recommended.

AJ and Jack were very professional and efficient. The installation workmanship was top notch.

We dealt with Solstra while overseas. They were great in keeping us updated and also liaising with the tenant at the property. I have been advised they did a great job and everything is functioning as it should. They even went out of their way to advise we had an existing leakage problem (unknown to us). Would highly recommend them.

In an industry full of scams and people trying upsell and over charge, I found Solstra very helpful , transparent and helpful. They were very understanding when we had delays on our build and I would 100% recommend them.

I recently had a large residential solar system installed by Solstra and it was a seamless and easy experience. I would recommend Solstra in a heartbeat. Kevin was amazing to deal with from a sales and service perspective, he was super efficient at turning around system options and was able to cater the system to my needs. Kal and his installation team then did a fantastic job of installing the system. The installation was complicated but the guys did the job extremely neatly, so it is not only functional, but looks great as well. They turned up when they said they would, were neat and tidy and friendly. Emily was easy to deal with too and, throughout the whole journey, everyone was pleasant and professional and gave me confidence they knew what they were doing. Thanks so much, Solstra!
