Dr. Lindsey and his team made a huge difference in my physical health. I love their holistic approach, it’s not just going in and getting an adjustment. I was given exercises, trained in how to use them, and motivated and encouraged to be a part in my healing process. My movement is largely pain free now. They are caring and very professional. Sadly I have moved away, but I highly recommend them to people living locally and in more remote regions. They were very accommodating with out of town patients.

Dr Lindsay is so good with babies and children. Immediately putting everyone at ease! She didn’t cry once!! We got our baby adjusted at 3 months, didn’t take too many sessions (maybe 8) before he removed something from her back that was causing her pain. Very grateful for his help. And we will know where to go if God leads us for another adjustment in the future:)

I have osteoarthritis in my knees, i couldn't squat down and was in a lot of pain, after attending Spinefit and getting 5 Shockwave Tissue Regeneration Therapy appointments i can now squat down and am pain free! I initially got their name from my 80 year old aunt who has been attending Dr Lindsays office for years and is now in excellent shape for 80 years old, she walks straight with no cane or walker like she's 60 years old! Dr. Lindsay was extremely helpful in relieving the back pain I had been suffering from for several months. Because of the help he provides, I can now perform fundamental tasks that I was unable to perform previously due to pain. I just finished my 1st 3 month's session with SpineFit and the results totally amazed me. About 10 years ago I was in an ATV accident and that started my pain. Throughout time I tried to find what was wrong with me, and no one was able to tell me anything. It wasn't until I saw a doctor Lindsey that he finally told me what was wrong and how to fix it. Unfortunately, I needed to move and wasn't able to finish my healing process with him but made a really important start. Before I left the staff at SpineFit tried to find me another suitable practice where I was going. No other establishment would put so much effort into people's health which doesn't benefit them directly. I would commend Dr Lindsey and the people at SpineFit for any people in pain.
