Buying or selling a property is fraught with challenges (stress) and many twists and turns. We had our "off the plan" contract reviewed by Spot On (including my little clause for delay- the developer pays us). Anyway there were delays in the completion of the new property by months. Caroline was a star, keeping calm and professional under pressure as we had a short settlement period so we could move before Christmas. It all came down to the wire but all was done and we now own our new home! Honestly it would of been a lot of work so their fee is extremely low for the value they provide.
