Excellent in every aspect. If you are in the market for a storm shelter i highly recommend Sprague's. They had the most features for the money. The Communication was excellent and the installation was quick and hassle free.

I recently had a jumbo sloped front in-ground storm shelter installed by Sprague's Backhoe and I am very pleased with their professionalism and the outstanding work they performed. They arrived on time and got straight to work. Jack had his son with him and is was refreshing to see a father taking interest in his son and teaching him things that would help him later in life. Not only was Jack very professional and friendly, he is also a good person. The day of the install, there were several stressful things going on not related to the install and Jack took care of a couple extra things that were related to the install (fixing a water line that was where it was not supposed to be and digging an extra hole between some trees) that made the day more bearable. I highly recommend Sprague's Backhoe for your storm shelter installation needs.
