I bought the Morso grill . It's very good quality. Looks lovely. A bit smaller than I expected but will do the job. I will use it as an outdoor fire too. Customer support and delivery was excellent. Packaging was excellent too.

The shop is located in Donegal. I never visited the shop but I ordered through their website. I even called the shop's number and the owner is really nice person to talk to. He also answers all your queries. The product delivery only took 2 days and I am so far happy with it.

I ordered some firebricks for my Stovax Huntingdon 28 Wood burning Stove and got a great service from Jim at Spratt Fireplaces in Letterkenny.
They had most of the Bricks in stock and where they didn’t they sourced them for me very quickly.
Having finalised the order on a Friday I got the delivery the following Tuesday morning. All the bricks were individually wrapped with protective bubble wrap and ready for installation in the Stove.
Sprats gave me an excellent service and great value for money including the cost for shipping to Dublin. 5 of 5 ⭐️
