Shana had translated my family register in requirement for CCC and Canadian passport application process. Not only was she prompt and professional in her responses, she was very knowledgeable and pointed a possible conflict I had in document requirements, which I was able clarify with the embassy ahead of time. I would definitely like to ask for her service for anything that arises in the future!

I had a very positive experience with Shana. She is efficient, responsive, patient, and friendly. I recently needed an ATIO-certified translation in a short period of time. I reached out to many ATIO translators and Shana was the first to respond. I'm so glad that she did. I was feeling nervous because of the time constraint, but Shana put me at ease immediately. She was able to translate my document well within the timeframe I had, and she even helped me by suggesting a faster way to send the document, all at a great rate. I don't have a single negative thing to say about the interaction. She's very customer service-oriented and I highly recommend her. If I could give her more stars, I would!!

Shana was extremely prompt and professional in all of our email communication. I asked her to translate a few tax documents from Japanese to English - she was able to deliver in less than 2 business days as promised and the final product was exactly as I'd specified. She was also able to accommodate my request to revise a part of the document that was a bit tricky/nuanced to translate. Overall I had a wonderful experience working with Shana and would wholeheartedly recommend her services to anyone! :)

I found Shana after a frantic search for a certified Japanese to English translator to handle a tiny translation I needed for some government applications. I got a reply to my initial inquiry straight away with clear guidelines in pricing and time that would be required to complete the request --- only a few days! She was so responsive and did a really great job on the translation and with communicating throughout the process. Highly recommend and will almost certainly be asking for her services again in the future when I need more formal translations that I can't simply do myself.
