Not good agency I don't trust you . because you said guaranteed work.i was there from 7 pm in queue one hour after this they say sorry we not need more people.my questions is that you people not have any planing who many worker you need you send msg everyone to come to work and people come from taxi paid £7-£8 then you said sorry come tomorrow and what is the guarantee you not do again with us .poor planing

The Most useless and foolish agency in UK

Read the reviews before using this agency Worst agency I have ever had to deal with. They rang me offering me a job as I’ve been out of work since the end of September which isn’t ideal the women on the phone took all my details and said they would send me a confirmation text on Monday 4/11/24 which they never I then ring them Monday morning to be told the company have canceled for that day and moved it to Tuesday 5/11/24 so again I wait till Tuesday as that’s when they would send the confirmation text and once again nothing to then I ring their number and my phone doesn’t ring and goes to answer phone. I then try my partners phone and it rings and goes through to be told they have cancelled the job I then speak to the women on the phone that this is beyond a joke as they gave a candidate false hope and that I’ve been out of work since the end of September and she wasn’t really helpful didn’t really sound bothered either this agency is just beyond a joke wouldn’t recommend to anyone

The receptionist at this agency is incredibly rude and dismissive, showing a complete lack of respect and manners. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY AT ALL! I gave it one star only because there isn’t an option for less. Our visit to Staff Direct 4 u Wolverhampton on October 29, 2024, around 12 PM, was extremely disappointing and humiliating. My husband and I went in to inquire about job opportunities, and we didn’t do anything to provoke the receptionist. However, he responded dismissively and with an unprofessional attitude. Without making any eye contact or asking for our names or qualifications, he abruptly told us there were no jobs available. When we politely asked for his name, he rudely replied, “I don’t have a name,” refusing to engage with us further. His dismissive behavior left us feeling disrespected and unwelcome, especially as Indian job seekers looking for support. If they’re not interested in helping clients, one has to question why they even have an office open. It’s disheartening to encounter such poor customer service; Staff Direct should consider hiring professional reception staff who can treat clients with basic respect and courtesy.

I had an issue with payment but this was rectified

For that bloke who I talked to in the morning asking about a job which was just posted .I mean if you can’t handle a phone call mate 📞 you should change your job . 0 manners 0 communication skills. Incompetent. I would put your name here but you can’t even introduce yourself.

After I put my review someone from the agency called me and told me to remove my review. Should have read the reviews. They wasted my money and time. I had appointment for registration after filling all forms the lady said the job is not any more available. Why can't you didn't tell me before so wouldn't have wasted taxi money. They don't care they call people there to waste their time.

Made me an appointment for a warehouse job. I went there in the taxi and after I filled all forms told me the job is not available anymore. Should have told me before I came there wasted my time and money. Would never recommend please read reviews before going there they waste time and money.

Gave u 3 star don't no what to think .I was booked in to a call appointment a lady rang asked if I was interested I said yes and she said she ring be right back but never did
