Favorite steakhouse in BK. Hope that they are able to reopen soon!

My new favorite place!! Food was amazing!

Everything was amazing. Food and ambiance we don’t have any complaint. The female bartender was very charismatic. I love this place!

I wish I could give more than five stars. The food here is amazing. The staff make the experience even better. Sat at the bar, had the most amazing meal, the incredible bartender (forgot her name but love her) suggested a fantastic bottle of wine for a great price. I left in a very happy food coma. Will be back over and over.

Excellent meat and service! Warmful atmosphere, I recommend!

Came for Labour Day steak - after having been recommended by a friend. Did not disappoint - staff absolutely wonderful, super friendly, honest recommendations about the menu. Super extensive wine list and ambiance absolutely gorgeous - been to both catch and Peter Lugers but this steak tops them both!

Low Key Williamsburg bar/steak house. Recommend to get the butcher’s cut and the potatoes if you’re a first timer here.

St. Anselm is one of my restaurant lists I have to go. I didn't have a chance to come here yet because the place always packed, either long waiting line or reservation ahead. The menu has all my husband and I want. We both have different craving of food, so he loves steak, but I love seafood, so this restaurant has everything. During long weekend I decided to hop up this place. We got a parking right in front of the place which is impossible for regular time. Walking in without line and getting seat right away, Great!. When NYC is empty, we are king! we have........... - Lobster Tail for start and it was perfectly cooked. - Beef Tartare: good amount if you are not hungry and only want to hang out and enjoy drinks - Butcher's steak: only steak and need to order side dish if you want some vegetables. But steak itself taste super delicious. Even my husband order medium but they still give him medium rare but the meat is very soft and juicy, so he is ok with that. - Pot ce Creme is good but...... - Basque Cheesecake is better! I only eat half and the rest of it my hubby took it and I have to tell him that is my dessert so he has to stop taking my food. Service is good and very friendly. We definitely will come back to try more menu. I'm not sure we will have the same excellent experience when the place going to regular busy service time but because of their delicious food. I hope my husband will still enjoy this place and coming back often.

Clams great but we ordered 3 hanger steaks and all of them were cold and didn't taste as good l as we expected

Excellent food! For appetizers, we ordered sardines, sourdough bread, and a blue cheese lettuce wedge. The bacon that came with the salad was simply amazing—fatty, porky, and soft. For dinner, we had the night’s specials: mackerel and steak with pan-seared mashed potatoes and spinach. The creamed spinach was some of the best I've ever had. Everything was excellent! By the time dessert is served, your stomach is probably on the verge of exploding, but don’t skip it. The dessert is amazing too! 3 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 side dishes, 2 desserts plus coffee and the bill is about ~$220.

Won't go back.

Great food good service

I Googled great steak places near me and ot delivered! Our server, Jeremy, was on it. The food was fabulous. My daughter wanted a burger, but they don't serve burgers. Instead, she ordered the King Salmon and pan-fried mashed potatoes. She said it was the best Salmon she had tasted and she couldn't stop eating the potatoes. I ordered the Wedge and Blue salad, and it comes with a huge hunk of bacon as well as the bacon, blue cheese vinaigrette. For my meal I ordered the Butcher's Steak. It's something they're known for, and now I know why! My daughter had several bites of mine and said it was delicious as well and especially enjoyed the course salt along with the garlic butter. I'd go back the next time I'm in the neighborhood.
