Laura was so helpful giving us a scan on our 10 week old. It was very reassuring and she answered all of our questions. A really helpful and calming experience which is just what’s needed!

I first came to starlight in Hale back in August 2023 with my 1st pregnancy and unfortunately there was no heartbeat at 6 weeks and I'll never forget how caring and supportive Laura was, helping us with the referring process to Preston hospital.
Fast forward to Feb 2024 and we fell pregnant again, I knew I wanted Laura to provide me with private scans due to her empathic nature and incredible knowledge. Each appt was worth the 2 hour round trip !
Laura also provided us with our gender scan and our measuring scans towards the end as the NHS were saying he was a BIG BOY and weighing 9lb+ turns out he weighed 8lb5oz which is exactly what laura predicted ! When I think back on my pregnancy Laura is a big part of it simply due to the fact we were so anxious the pregnancy wouldn't be viable at any stage and I knew Laura was the one for me to handle that information.
I would highly recommend Laura to anyone out there who want professional advice and someone with a caring nature if the news is not what you expect.
We travelled a 2 hour round trip to visit here for every appt and it was all worth it. Your pregnancy is so special and it deserves to be handled that way.
Thank you to Laura and Ben for everything. Maybe we'll see each other again in the future !

We had our 14 week gender scan done by Jade on Saturday (in Bury) & was absolutely blown away by the service we received. Jade was absolutely lovely, very comforting & despite having a very awkward baba, Jade did all that she could to ensure that we came out knowing what we was having. The shock was (& still is) real after being told we're finally having a girl after me having 3 boys previously 😅 - all of who were absolutely over the moon that they're having a little sister & not another brother 😅🤣

I don’t even know how to start!
Myself and my partner, Callum have visited starlight 3 times, our first two scans was with Laura, she was amazing. So kind. Couldn’t do enough for us! Our appointments were so detailed and she made it so so special with this being our first baby!
Then we had our third and final scan this morning with Jade. And she was also just so lovely. So welcoming and friendly. Our scan was made so special and even tho I struggle with anxiety, I felt extremely comfortable with staff and reception. We will forever be grateful for our experience with starlight, and are so thankful for our time with them. Already planning our appointments with them for baby number two! Lol. Could not recommend enough !!

Always outstanding service. We had a little scare, and Starlight found us an appointment to come and make sure everything was okay. All well in the end, Laura did a really thorough appointment and explained things clearly for us. We also saw our little boy face with the 4D scan and went home so relieved. If you want to feel reassured and properly supported during your pregnancy Starlight is the place for you. We are really thankful to Laura and Ben.

I genuinely wish I had the right words to describe starlight (Laura & Ben).
Myself and my husband went to starlight in 2023 and were supported in our pregnancy by Laura which unfortunately ended in a loss. The compassion and support we received from Laura truly got us through, including post loss.
In 2024 we have managed to get pregnant with our rainbow baby and went straight back to Laura for early pregnancy scans which has continued throughout our pregnancy. We are currently just over 35 weeks and genuinely couldn’t have got here without the help and support from Laura. Every single appointment she explains absolutely everything, even when we have had silly questions there was zero judgement from her, always very thorough and we always left an appointment feeling like a weight had been lifted.
Ben has been equally as amazing and supportive, whenever we’ve had any little scares or worries he’s managed to always squeeze us in or if not help us and make us feel important.
If we were to have another baby we would book our appointments with starlight in a heartbeat without a second thought, and honestly anyone reading this if you are on the fence about going and booking or even paying them a visit in their gorgeous shops (Bury or altrincham - we’ve been to both!) then do it, you will not regret it.
Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, we will never forget you and how you’ve supported us for the past few years. You’ve truly been priceless.
