After being with another company for over 7 years, we continued to have glitches and disruptions of service with a few of our cameras and sensors. I reached out to our service provider for assistance. We found the response not acceptable. After several years of being a very reliable customer and never asking for assistance, we were being asked to pay for service. Additionally, the support staff were not as professional as we would like to see. We contacted Joe at St. Louis Alarm Co. we scheduled a visit to our home in St. Charles. We found Joe and his firm to be attentive and made a presentation recommending several upgrades to our current dated equipment and monitoring service. He came promptly at the time we agreed and spent several hours installing and troubleshooting our security system. The previous company terminated our coverage after we informed them we would be going with another firm. That’s a different explanation. Needless to say, we were upset being without security coverage during the transition. Joe made our installation a priority and did a magnificent job. Our monthly monitoring service is comparable and we feel much more comfortable knowing Joe and St. Louis Alarm Co is there for us. We would recommend this firm highly and without reservations. I want to leave a 5 star rating on St Louis Alarm Company and owner Joe Bourque! We were having numerous continued problems with our security cameras and alarm and decided to make a switch from our current vendor. I was given Joe’s name by a friend who said he did fantastic work. Called Joe and set up an initial meeting so he could delve into our problems and came up with a plan. We agreed on the plan and St Louis Alarm installed new cameras, sensors and fire/smoke detectors and we could not be happier with the results. Joe did such a good job I am having them do two other buildings I own! Joe knows how to handle everything and went above and beyond getting everything done on time and economically.

I can't praise Joe and his team enough. We use STL Alarm to install phones, security system, camera system and WiFi throughout our 43k square foot warehouse and offices. They did a great job on my project with exceptional quality. Joe has been Great to work with from quote to finish. I would highly recommend him for your project. Thanks for the Awesome job Joe!

Joe at St Louis Alarm Co is hard working and dependable with a can-do attitude. Our HOA needed key fob access for the clubhouse, pool, and tennis court. I contacted numerous alarm companies, and all others said it was too difficult of a job. Our system was overly complex including three locations, four different types of doors, and the need for underground trenching. Joe and his team worked tirelessly, overcoming many challenges along the way, to give us a perfect security system. He even came back four times to make minor changes after the installation was complete, to make sure the system was perfect. Now everything can be controlled through a phone app, and I spend less time on site. I highly recommend Joe and St Louis Alarm Co for all your security needs!

We are in the process of moving into a new warehouse and didn’t have an alarm system set up yet when we experienced a close call and he was out to us and installing a system for us the same day! His customer service is outstanding as he walked us through the whole set up process as well. Here we are less than 8 hours later and have peace of mind, which is worth a lot as a business owner. Joe did a great job installing security cameras and an electronic gate access system to out HOA Pool Clubhouse. Both systems have been working great and when we needed to tweak a few things Joe was right on it. I would highly recommend Joe’s company!
