Steve and the entire team were lovel and responsive throughout the whole process. He took the time to walk us through the different options, provided samples, and answered countless questions. The floor they installed looks great and we're very pleased with it.

I just can't thank Robin enough for all his help and guidance while we chose the right flooring for us. Between replying to emails quickly and sending for samples on our behalf so that we could visualise the flooring in situ, he really went above and beyond. i would highly recommend Robin and Style flooring for great customer service.

Style flooring were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the first phone call, to the site visit where Steven listened really carefully, to understand our preferences and ideas, and he made suggestions, and explained all the options clearly, giving us time to make up our mind, and then on to the installation which was careful and efficient and done when they said it would be. They all work to very high standards, to create an impeccable floor. We are totally delighted.

Absolutely outstanding job all around from Robin, Stephen and their team. From helping to choose the best material to making the time to come to the flat with samples to delivery to fitting, the work was performed at the highest standard and with a lot of flexibility to allow for last minute changes/challenges (my terrace door had a leak which had to be fixed and the boys worked around that and advised me on how to best fix it). Couldn’t recommend Style Flooring enough!

I engaged Style Flooring as part of my extension works. Robin and his team were all highly professional from start to finish. Robin was extremely knowledgeable and gave us great advice when choosing our new flooring and kept us up to date on the status of things. Stephen and the rest of the prep/installation team were all highly skilled, and gave sound advice when unforeseen issues arose when lifting the older flooring. I recently got two bedrooms carpeted by Style Flooring. Top class customer service from Robin and his colleagues throughout the whole process. They came to view the work, kept in touch about the process and even invited me to the warehouse to see some samples and discuss the project in greater detail. I can not praise this Company highly enough. They gave a very competitive quote to lay flooring to the whole area of my flat that was a mix of herringbone engineered oak and carpeting. The team completed the work on time and to budget. They are very professional and knowledgeable. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

They also fixed a few creaking staircases and uneven floorboards, and moved my washing machine. This really demonstrates how they went the extra mile. The price was also very competitive for the industry standard, and offered a detailed breakdown, unlike some other competitors. So far, I am super impressed by the quality of the carpets and flooring. I am confident they will withstand the test of time, but I know if I have any problems, Robin will be on hand to assist.
