Very responsive. When one of the staff has resigned, Esther quickly picked up the case to ensure that both ourselves and out neighbour are handled professionally. Overall workmanship is good too. Would recommend to my friends and family.

I found SWC Construction Waterproofing through google search and contemplating between SWC, and the other two waterproofing specialist. Since i don't know any of them, the deciding point will be the photos posted online, the reviews regarding workmanship & also pricing, of course. I went with SWC. First, is the Thermal detector test which cost me $550 just to validate my suspicion on the water seepage thru the wall & floor. So i got my answer and proceeding with the PU injection process which cost approx. x3 times the price of the thermal detector test. Personally after experiencing this, i feel that if you are certain there is a seepage, this step you could skip. However, in my case, i'm one who needed proof to validate things, so i went ahead w the thermal detector test still. On 2nd August, SWC arranged for two workers over my unit. They came at 10am as instructed and done w the PU injection round 5pm. I have to say, the site supervisor named Raju, he really knows what he is doing. He explained to me step by step what is he going to do. Throughout the process, i keep going in to the bedroom to check on them, and i have questions to ask as i wasn't sure why are they drilling the wall, why is there bubbles coming out from the floor, and why is it look like sponge. So Raju, he spent time explaining to me. My bathroom grouting has already wore off due to scrubbing the floor too hard (i have OCD). So, the other guy (which i don't know his name) assisted Raju to put the grouting while Raju is outside of the bathroom scribing off the PU. As i have OCD, so i'm very concerned on how my bathroom floor will look like after. The newly applied grouting is in dark grey while my original grouting was in light grey. The discoloration of the grouting (after applied) and unevenness (as the newly applied grouting by the other guy is not neatly applied within the gap, some came off and he didn't wiped off, leaving residue on the pattern tiles & he proceeded to spray/ paint the waterproofing layer on the tiles...so you can picture the residue is now underneath the sticky protective layer...@-@), and so this somehow became an eyesore for me as i really don't like that it looks like there's dirt on the tiles & the tiles colors are different within the same bathroom space. When i noticed this obvious difference of grouting color, Raju explained to me that don't have to worry so much as in times, this will turn lighter. Finger crossed & hope it will become lighter grey. The project manager i've been liaised with named Sebastian, also very knowledgeable and shared with me that they have been dealing w many water proofing issues and so this is no surprise to them. He also shared that often times the contractor will not do 1.8m high water proofing, some even skipped the water test. He has been very responsive, whenever i have questions i will text him and he responded quite fast & patient enough to explain. To have someone like Sebastian & Raju who are very responsible, responsive and clear in what they are doing, i feel that you are in good hands because of them. After they've done w the work, Sebastian came to my unit to check on the progress. The next day, i noticed that there's some bubbles forming on wall from the residue of the PU, i requested Raju to come by to do some touch up. Sebastian arranged for me and Raju came again on the 17th August. I'm very please with Raju's workmanship. He is very careful and attentive to details. Work was fast but workers left trash and while doing the work dented a table, however they did return to fix it

We contacted Shaun for some urgent works for our bathrooms. He was prompt and professional and gave us really sensible advice. As our works also involved our downstairs neighbour, Shaun was very diplomatic and reassuring to them so that we could proceed with the repairs. Very good service! I want to mention specifically, Mon, who did the water proofing works. He was friendly and thorough. Just look at the water proofing on this air con duct after he was done with it. I don’t have a BEFORE photo but I assure you that there was a big gap in the trunking? See how well he patched it up? We are so pleased with his workmanship.

When I text SWC, the response was very fast & the supervisor Jasmine came down to inspect the leak. My experience with SWC is the team is very efficient n service excellence including the workers are courteous n smiling. They are punctual & the work finished well. I found SWC Construction Waterproofing through google search and contacted them after reading good reviews from their past clients. After contacting six different contractors, SWC is one of the most responsive and prompt contractor compared to others. Esther was the one who helped to link us up with Jasmine. Jasmine was efficient in handling our situation. She was quite knowledgeable regarding waterproofing and explain the process to rectify our problem. The whole process to fix the problem was smooth. We are impressed with their service and you should engage them if you have any problem with leakage in the toilet.

The person who came to assess my ceiling leak was good. Didn’t include any unnecessary work. He sorted out what the issue was. The workers came promptly and were very professional and they knew what had to be done. Leak was resolved and ceiling looked as new. Very satisfied. Highly recommend.

Check on a few contractors & found SWC are more transparent on their services. Jasmine was great & helpful with the informations that help us solve our issue with regard to the water proofing solution. Very prompt respond. Workers on the day of the work are great as well. They update me on the progress & what they are doing. Excellent work done. 👍
