My dog Darcy has been coming here for a groom since he was a tiny little pup and he always looks gorgeous when I come to collect him. He also really loves coming and tries to drag me in to say hello when we walk past. Darcy is a wild Cavapoo who is always running through burr bushes or rolling in grass seeds and they always let me pop in for a 'matting emergency' when Darcy's made too much of a mess of himself. Also their drop off service is really helpful when you are stuck! I really recommend them.

So glad I found SW Groomers as it’s not easy finding places that cater for our feline besties. Teddy always comes back looking and smelling oh so fresh. The ladies at the counter are also very friendly. Many thanks xx faithful customer 🐱

I am very surprised with 4.9 stars. That’s not I experienced it. After two hours cat looks like it fell under a lawnmower.
It looks like they spent max 30 min on her.
When we picked her up we got charged full £110 and were told that’s because she bites. FYI, she is a not a mountain lion. Maybe a cat muzzle or help from another member of staff next time. Very unprofessional approach from SW Groomers. Will be contacting them regarding it.

Hello Marek. I've emailed you in an effort to resolve this issue however we havent had any response from yourself. We did complete most of Tosia's groom however there were areas which we were unable to reach due to her aggression. You also confirmed you had also experienced aggression from her in the grooming process. It is our company policy to always have 2 members of staff grooming cats and we did attempt to use a muzzle, however this only added extra stress to Tosia and she spent the whole time trying to remove it. The safety of our staff is incredibly important to us and due to the high risk of infection from cat bites we had to stop the process after she had bitten us twice. Upon collection we did offer to attempt the groom again if you obtained sedatives from your vet or if you wanted to attempt to hold her yourself but you declined this.

What an amazing transformation to Benleys teath, far better than a visit to the vets that would invovle anesthesia, Bentley was so happy on arrival, greated by Tina and clearly was well looked after a happy dog!

We used to take our three to a groomers in Chelsea but they would only take cats on a Thursday morning which was massively inconvenient! SW Dog Groomers are absolutely amazing and will take my cat with my dogs and we have never looked back. They always come out looking and smelling wonderful, and most importantly-happy with their experience. You can tell how popular SW Dog Groomers are with the amount of dogs walking around with their signature green bows…

Always great friendly and prompt service. Our 26kg Bulldog turns into an Octopus when we try and wash him. Somehow SW Dog Groomers manage it without incident... He also seems to enjoy it.

We have been using SW Dog Groomers for about 6 months now and the service we recieve is second to none!
Our cat was an adopted rescue animal and we needed to give her some TLC, finding this business was a Godsend.
Charlie has always accommodated us (even at V. Short notice) and is understanding to the needs of your furry family member. Kitty comes back as cool as a cucumber!
I wish I could put 6 stars! We always recommend SW Dog Groomers to everyone we know! A definite must use place.

Charlie is just brilliant! Never had such a gorgeous and polished groom. Kafkah can be a challenging pup at times but Charlie manages to handle him with ease and makes him feel calm. They have always given a brilliant, polite, friendly and honest service. Parking outside, with a lovely little Italian coffee place next door to wait.
We love coming and can't thank Charlie enough.

Charlie has been fantastic in helping us get our new pup accustomed to being groomed. It can be a lot for them to take in with all the new sounds, smells and experiences, but Charlie has taken the time to make sure our pup is comfortable and not pushed beyond her limits. So friendly and full of knowledge, would highly recommend. Looking forward to the first adult groom!

We have been sending our Irish Terrier to SW Dog Groomers for her last few grooms and have been really impressed. In particular they have us feedback on how she behaved during hand stripping and helped us make a decision about stripping Vs clipping, then slowly introduced clippers. Maple is always VERY happy to go into the groomers which is a sign of how well cared for the dogs are.
