I’ve had such a great experience at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery. I see Rachael for Botox and lip filler, and she is absolutely amazing. She’s knowledgeable, gentle, and really takes the time to listen to what you want while still giving honest, professional recommendations. My results always look natural and refreshed but never overdone. The office is beautiful, the staff is welcoming, and the entire experience feels comfortable and professional. I wouldn’t trust my face to anyone else and highly recommend Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery and Rachael!

My consultation appointment with Dr. Blum was above and beyond anything I was hoping for. I had an unfinished procedure with Dr. Schimpf and a couple other procedures I was interested in possibly having done. Not only did he listen, explain, draw, and take all the time I needed, he was comfortable🙏. I’m usually anxious and sweating for appointments requiring putting on a gown so this was huge to me. It’s only been two business days since that appointment and already Vickey has personally called and informed me the quote will be sent soon and Dr. Blum is in the process of checking on specific details of a prior surgery. I’m so glad I do t have to find another practice because not only are my pics and records here but I truly adore the Vickeys and the Blums and the other faces I’ve come to know and adore throughout the years.

I had been to two other practices before Sweet Grass and received nowhere near the warm welcome and thorough explanation that I did at Sweet Grass. I will absolutely be using them and felt supported and respected every single minute of my visit. Highly recommend even over two other well regarded practices in the area. I had a rhinoplasty procedure done in July 2023. As a result of the surgery there was scarring and several scar tissue issues. Up until this past week I have been having laser and microblading procedures done to correct the scarring. On my visit last week I was informed that because of new management it was not sure if they could continue the treatments. In addition, the new surgeon, Dr. Wilcox stated that she did not "have enough experience" to complete the surgery to correct the scar tissue on my nose. It seems that Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery should hire a doctor with experience to be able to continue the procedures and provide previous patients with the experience they paid for. I would NOT recommend anyone going to Sweetgrass for any procedure now. The previous surgeon, Dr. Schimpf's goal was to make sure the patient was please with the outcome of any procedure. This is not the case anymore.

I followed my perfect/amazing/wonderful injector Rachel here, she is the best and highly recommended her for any and everything. But I am giving 4 stars because it drives me crazy that Sweetgrass charges you a service fee on all treatments! It’s always the equivalent to numerous units of precious Botox I could have gotten. I also just went to purchase a gift card for Black Friday and they are even charging a fee for that, making the “discount” they are giving off basically half of what it actually is. LOVE Rachel, unhappy with the fees.

I had a Champagne Facial which was relaxing and cleansing.Beth was the aesthetician and I highly recommend her. I will definitely return for another facial. Everyone in the office is pleasant and professional. A facial is a great gift idea!

My experiences with Sweetgrass started off pleasant. However, the last two in person appointments I had were not great. I had an appointment on 7/25 at the West Ashley location. Thankfully, I checked online for the address before I drove to the appointment (I had been to their old WA location once, but couldn't remember their address). They moved locations and no one told me. When I arrived, they did not have me on the schedule. Mistakes happen and they were able to work me in. If that was the only "bad" experience then I wouldn't be writing this review. However, on 10/28 I had another poor experience. I called on 10/27 to confirm my appointment for the next day since I did not receive any appointment confirmations (and to avoid what happened last time). On 10/28, I arrived at the West Ashley location and their office was closed. Lights off, doors locked. I called the same phone # that I had called the day before to confirm (showed as the WA phone #) and got no answer. So then I called the DI phone # and they told me the WA location had closed and that my appointment was at the Nexton location. Again, no one told me the WA location closed or that my appointment was in Nexton. I went to the Nexton office once for my very first consultation. All appointments after that were in WA so I would not have assumed my appointment was in Nexton. I know they recently went through some management/ownership changes and overall, the staff has been mostly kind so I give some grace there but unfortunately due to these past experiences I will not continue to make appointments here.

Rachael is absolutely amazing! My daughter and I visited her before my daughter’s upcoming wedding and she made the entire experience feel so special. She took her time with both of us, explained everything clearly, and made us feel completely comfortable. Our results looked smooth, natural and refreshed - exactly what we hoped for! Rachael has a caring personality and is truly a perfectionist. My daughter and I both walked out feeling confident and beautiful for the upcoming big day. Highly, highly recommend Rachael!

I had a breast reduction at Sweetgrass Plastic Surgery, and my experience with Dr. Wilcox was amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. Dr. Wilcox was warm, professional, and very thorough. She explained the entire process, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident and prepared. On surgery day, her calm presence helped ease all my nerves. My results are better than I imagined great shape, size, and symmetry.
