The technicians worked very quickly and efficiently. They were thorough and communicative about all the steps that were taken to insure the problem would be resolved today. They also educated me about future steps to take to help the longevity of my ac unit. I was given an estimated 6-8 hour time frame and Peter and his tech got it done in less than 4 hours.

Peter did all he could. But I think that unit is a lemon and we want it picked up and replaced or just pick it up and refund us we don't want to be charged for a lemon for labor on a lemon unit.
