Hi Blake Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. I’m sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your purchase. I’d like to address your points and hopefully provide some clarity and reassurance. 1. **Quality of Plants**: The plants you received are of the same high quality as all slender weavers globally. They are genetically identical clones, meaning the quality is in their genes. Rest assured, they will grow into mature slender weavers, reaching heights of 6-8 meters within 2-3 years, just like any other Bambusa textilis var. Gracilis in similar conditions. 2. **Condition and Growth**: It’s normal for plants to not look their best at the end of winter. Those leaves are 12 months old and have been through a Sydney Winter . You can find plants that look better at that time of year but hey have been shipped down from QLD and may be difficult to acclimatised 3. **New growth **: New growth is the one true test of a healthy plant. As you may have noticed, the plants have plenty of new growth already. This is why you have nothing to worry about. 4. **Return Process**: We are a customer of Aramex, and they will deliver to us, including via our PO Box, because it is registered with them. You only need to place the label on the box, and we will arrange for it to be collected. Please ensure the plants are alive if you decide to return them, as previously discussed. There’s no need to worry about any damage; they will recover swiftly. 5. **Review Concerns**: We kindly ask if you could reconsider your review. Our business has thrived online for 12 years due to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. If, after 12 months, the plants do not meet your expectations as per the photos, you are welcome to leave a negative review. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible experience and product. Thank you for your review Christopher. We aim to please and it's always nice to know somebody is happy with our plants. Remember we will give you advice about the bamboo at any point in the future. If you keep it cut back and stop it getting overcrowded by removing shoots you don't need you are going to find there isn't much more to do once they get bigger. From looking at where you are planting them it looks like you'll be pretty much there or will be able to see you are pretty much there within 12 months. Generally speaking it's best to just let them do their thing for the first 12 months and then, when they have properly established, when the 2nd season's shoots come up and branch out you'll find they are 6+m tall and that's usually when people start to cut them back. If you decide to keep them tall then the top 50cm is very wispy and bendy and it gets shredded by the wind so it's usually best to cut it off anyway. They look neater and more upright hat way too. Hi Emily, Thank you for the review Emily and especially the pictures because you can really see the benefits to come. Please reach out if you want any tips or advice. Happy Growing. It's so nice to see someone planting them with enough space because it really does make a difference and they will grow much faster and taller :) Just be sure to keep them from getting overcrowded by removing new shoots once you get a screen you are happy with. After a few years the oldest culms will begin to look a bit tired. If there are 4 that have seen better days, let 4 new shoots come up and branch out, then cut out the old culms at the base. That way they can't start to get to cramped in the gap. We have never seen Slender Weavers break through concrete but it's probably not going to be good for the plant and is easily avoided by preventing overcrowding (which you would have to do at some point anyway) Also, once they get to the height you want, cut off any growth that's higher than you need. Let the culms come up and just as they start to put branches up, pull them down and cut the tops off to whatever height you want, then let go and they will spring back up and continue to push out branches, with longer ones and more leaves too.

If you wish to check, simply go online and notice you can order 1 plant in 2 clicks (depending on how you do it, but 2 clicks is possible) It' pretty clear who you are and it would be appreciated if you could tend to yur own busiess and let Sydney Bamboo do what Sydney Bamboo does best, which is deliver high quality plants at very reasonable prices. This is clearly a fake review. LookHere3, please explain the diffculty that you we didn't help you with . Google do NOT accept emails and are no intereted in proof (unfortnately) so your "history" wan't used by Google) The problem is that Google, like so many other organisations look at the evidence they demand in refuting baseless claims and simply state, "no breach found", they just don't explain why.

Hi Thomas Why did you no contact us immediately because if that had happened we would have sent you more plants.One photo and you would hae had 4 more plants delivered. Also I think you may have us confused with another company. We ONLY TAKE PAYMENTS IN A WAY THAT ALLOWS BUYERS TO HAVE PAYMENT PROTECTION. Therefore, I am unsure why you didn't raise a dispute with PayPal (etc) I also don't know whay there is no record of you and no email asking where the plant are. Why would you state Rip off (= not being sold what you ordered.) You make no mention of the plants and incorrectly claim they were grown in soil which is not the case. They are grown in professional grade potting mix , the two could not be more different. The way the boxes are packed means they cannot break, Bamboo also never breaks, the culms can get creased and splite laterally but the vascular bundles stay intact, meaning there is a cotinuous functioning network of cells surrounding the tubes that take water and minerals one way and sugars the other. SUSPECT COMPETITOR BUT GOOGLE STATE THIS IS AN AUTHENTIC BUYING EXPERIENCE. DESPITE THE FACT THEY REFUSE TO LOOK AT FACTS. SOMEBODY CAN CLAIM WHATEVER THEY LIKE AND BECAUSE THEY CLAIM SO, GOOGLE ASUME IT MUST BE TRUE. DO NO EVIL GOOGLE...WOW, THAT MUST BE THE LOWEST BAR YOU CAN SET. DO WHATEVER YOU WANT, JUST DON"T BE EVIL. Thomas, still awaiting your clarifying response, feel free to say what you like, it doesn't have to be true, just not evil.
