Been buying/using tools and equipment from Tallman Equipment Inc. for 20yrs. As a journeyman lineman I have worked for outside powerline contractors, cooperatives, and utilities. Whether I need a new screwdriver for my personal climbing belt, or the company needs 300 24” conductor stringing blocks for a transmission reconduct Tallman always delivers. If it were possible to rate zero stars, I would. Was given a shipping quote on 2 items , when I wanted to make payment was told that the shipping alone was more than double what was quoted, when I queried the reasoning, the response was that I should go and purchase the product somewhere else. Absolutely shocking service. Please don't try downplay the situation as I have all correspondence between us via email!!! DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT CUSTOMERS.
