I like the area these rooms are in. It is very convenient for me.
The rooms are maintained well and clean. Satish is a nice man and responsive to my concerns.
Overall, I had a good experience in these apartments and would recommend.

This review is on their customer service and not on the room or the facilities provided. Their Customer Service sucks. We saw the pictures and approached via WA and asked a few questions. There was no response till date. The management thinks they are something and least bothered about customer displeasure. I am sure the apartment may be good choice in terms of service. The management’s communication really sucks and not responsive to customer questions.. they really need to know what is Customer service..IMO this place has lost credibility and won’t consider this place ever again. There is zero respect for Customers from this

To summarize - this 'guest' posted the review before staying with us. And despite proclaiming "... won't consider this place..." they actually book a stay from the very next day!

The apartment was perfect for our family, the rooms and the whole place was very clean and tidy.The staff boys were super helpful and attentive, solving any issues right away. Loved the fully equipped kitchen which was a great convenience and felt like home 😍 My family stayed for medical purposes, and the owner checked on us regularly, made us feel cared for and was very helpful. Will surely stay at Tavat when we visit chennai again

Reasonably priced service apartments in an excellent location. We rented multiple units during a 2-3 week window, and everything was great. Sathish is very responsive and always available to help with any issues, questions or requests.
