If I could leave negative stars on Technician Gallery Services I would!
In fairness, I can't speak to the quality of work because they never showed up for my appointment. I called and made an appointment several days out and received a confirmation text afterwards. The morning of the appointment, I sent another text to confirm that the appointment was still good and received a response that the appointment time had been changed to a later time that day.
I asked, what happen to my original appointment and was texted “IDK”… I Don’t Know. This of course was frustrating, but ultimately I received a call and was explained the tech in my area was out today which forced another tech to come from another area in his place. I told him fine, just to have the tech call before coming and was assured that it will be taken care of.
Four days later, I haven’t heard a word and I’ve also sent a follow up text. This company lacks quality customer service and could use some much needed coaching on communicating. Either way, they have lost my business and I highly recommend people to stay away.

What a pleasant experience! Not only did they respond quickly, communication was great and they came the next day and immediately diagnosed the problem. To my surprise they didn't charge me. I don't for one second believe the negative reviews based on my experience. I am keeping their number in case I ever need appliance services.

Called him to repair our gas oven. Required $2000 up front. Came out 4 times. Each time something else went wrong with the stove and the gas oven spewed soot, flames, and fumes. Finally cut ties with him which cost us $400 and now nothing on the stove works except a few burners. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
Hi this is an absolute lie. We contacted the company that service you an they stated they did refund you over $1600. Secondly the Technician stated he came behind your husband John Hayes who disassembled a FiveStar Commercial Gas Range Which Is not recommended by any company, then once that company gave you the quote he canceled because of the many parts necessary to fix correctly. Please do leave false reviews for a company that didn't service you and you got most of your money back concerning the repair quote, they only charge you for the time that was spent putting back the unit.

At first glance, I was impressed with TGS. The technician seemed knowledgeable and they were prompt to return our call. The problem was a leak in our fridge. First, our fridge has dual compressors and we were told one of them had stopped working and that it's best to replace both at the same time, so we did. It was VERY costly, but we were trying to avoid buying another fridge as our first was quite expensive. This didn't even fix our problem, so we called them back but this time they were not kind AT ALL. They tried very hard to convince me that a leak was never our issue and that our fridge had stopped cooling which was completely untrue. The fridge was technically still working when we first called, just leaking water onto the floor. So paying for two compressors was our first mistake, because not only did it not fix the issue, it caused a LOT more problems for us. After replacing the compressors, and then fixing the leak that was still happening, our fridge continued to leak very very slowly from the back (which we didn't notice for months) because THE WRONG FREON WAS PUT IN THE FRIDGE when the compressors were replaced! That's right, the technician used the wrong kind of freon in our fridge which has now made our expensive to buy and expensive to fix fridge completely unusable!!!!! Oh, and remember how they were quick to respond at first? Well we have been trying for months to get in touch with them with no response. This is an absolutely disgraceful business, and the technician we worked with was not only rude, when trying to convince us we never had a leak, but clearly inept at his job! When we called another company (Jack and Jill, btw, great people) to figure out what was going on, they were completely shocked to find out the technician had used the wrong type of freon making our fridge essentially trash. And that slow leak that went on for months? Now that's costing us over $20k in water damage.
So, please save your time and sanity and go with a different company. This company will cost you a fortune, lots of headaches, and even extra money should you have to reach out to a lawyer.
In response to their response: I never called yesterday, which is further evidence of how they can't be trusted. I still have my invoice from you dated Feb 20, 2023. I believe my techs name was Cedric and I still have my text conversation with him. My husband also reached out MULTIPLE times with no response. But good on you for yet again trying to evade responsibility. And in your response, you clearly do know my situation because you referenced "a year ago" before I added the date of my invoice. I'll be happy to amend my review should you make the situation right.
We never service you ma'am and have no records of your repair or name ma'am. The assistant said you called yesterday and we dont have you in the system nor could we track down your information. Your husband stated he called several repair companies and waited for first to respond. You have to either contact the Technician or company that service you directly almost a year ago. Please remove invalid reviews as this is not indicative of our operation as we have many satisfied customers and have paid customers back in case repair services didn't go as planned.

I will be reporting them to the BBB and the attorney generals office. Was told my refrigerator needed Freon -at an exorbitant cost. Received a second opinion and the technicians found the copper line on the access port had been obviously cut and the Technician services person was the only one here prior. The cut piece was found on the floor near the fridge (pic attached). This caused the whole unit to be compromised meaning additional items ALL would need to be replaced. Not surprising as the technician was rude and couldn’t get out fast enough when we told him we were getting a second opinion. There is absolutely NO other way the line could have been cut. Disgusting. Avoid them at all costs.
This is absolutely false. We never touched anything nor do we have you in our system as service. We've service many customers and have never had such a complaint. Please call 8006549629 to discuss this matter. This is absolutely false.

I called this company when my gas stove oven stopped working. Sheddrick( the best technician) came the following day....on time....and was very professional.. He was very knowledgeable and fixed my stove very quickly. I would highly recommend TGS

I reached out to Technician Gallery Services as well as two other businesses dealing with appliance repair. This company was able to provide a technician for an initial diagnostic of my wall-mounted oven the following day, the other businesses were going to be a week. The communication was mostly over the phone or text with the owner/technician. I provided the details for the oven and my address over text.
The technician that serviced my oven was on time for the diagnostic. He asked for a brief description of the problem. I explained, he said it was a common problem with this brand of oven and diagnosed a problem with the control PCB main. The part wasn't in stock, so it needed to be ordered, I was informed it would be 2-3 days for the part to arrive, after I approved the work. I approved the work and paid the invoice the same day ~$600 for parts/labor.
The part arrived in about 2 days and the same technician came to install the part. After installing, he looked at the top burner elements and other connections. Once this was done, he put the oven onto a convection cycle and said to wait until it reached temperature so the thermometer could be re-calibrated. We waited as instructed, then shut it off. We followed the steps, but the oven was still having the same issue.
The following day, I contacted the company that sent out the invoice to let them know the issue was still present. They said they would contact the technician and setup an appointment for Monday. I didn't hear from anybody on Monday, so on Tuesday I requested again and posted a review.
On Wednesday, I got a text from the (owner/technician) if I was available for a service call that day. I said I was and asked to speak to with the owner. At this point, I realized the original number was the owner. So I requested a call to explain the situation. He assured me that if the technician couldn't find/fix the issue, I would get a refund. If the technician found another issue, I would not be charged for any more work.
The technician came and really did a thorough check of the entire oven, he took off most of the panels. He found a shorted out element in the bottom and left briefly to get that part. Once everything was put back together with the new element, the oven was tested and it was once again heating properly.
I think they did a good job overall. I appreciate the owner being willing to discuss the issue with me and working to a resolution. I would use them for another appliance issue.

I had chatted with a representative in the morning and they stated they would have someone out to look at it between 12-3pm. The technician was very prompt and professional. He was able to tell quickly what was wrong with the machine and offered us several options. Even helpful in suggesting places to get new washer, as our transmission is out and not worth fixing. More technicians and places need to be like these guys…honest and upfront, not just trying to take our money to fix something that’s likely not fixable. They didn’t even charge us the diagnostic fee! Would 100% recommend these people. Will definitely use them again!

Flash, pop-pop, electrical smell fixed. Cedric at Technician Gallery Services was extremely helpful for my repair of my wall combo oven microwave unit. I called Cedric and he correctly diagnosed the problem over the phone and I installed the new wave guide cover and magnetron. The wave guide cover did not come with the magnetron and after installing the magnetron it still flash, pop-pop, electrical smell. But Cedric told me I needed the wave guide cover too. Cedric also offered to send someone out the next morning.
Outstanding. - I will go back for my next appliance repair.

Great experience! I was having problems with my refrigerator not cooling. I tried to fix it for days with new parts and still no luck. Israel was able to fix it without me having to purchase a new one. So thankful!
