My husband and I were very pleased with the installation of our HVAC. The employees were polite, courteous and very informative with any information I needed to operate our new system. I would recommend them with no reservations.

The guys were so nice and respected our home. We felt comfortable asking questions about things they were doing and what they set up. We really appreciate that they took the time to explaini things to us. They did a great and thorough job of cleaning up after the work was done. We feel like we got a great value for the price.

Techstar installed an HVAC unit for us earlier this year ( I think I left a review at that time RE the install) and we bought a maintenance contract as well. They just came out for their winter check up and it was a great experience. There were some scheduling issues leading up to the appointment but they were very good about calling us to let us know what was happening and making sure we were OK with the schedule changes. Since it wasn't an emergency situation we totally understood. Today the guys examined both my HVAC systems, made sure everything was working well, changed out my filters (had some on hand) and provided additional information so I could order for my newer system (cabinet air filter). They also looked into an air flow issue in our closet and provided some options to resolve that issue. I have had nothing but good experiences with this company. They are very respectful of my home, they make sure my cats don't escape, they take time to expalin things to us, and all around seem like good guys. I would definitely recommend Techstar for HVAC needs.

Tech star and Marco should be your go to folks for any hvac needs. I have known them for over a decade(almost). If you are looking for reliable and great service techstar is the call you make. These guys are excellent, although the parts weren’t available until the following day Daniel was able to get me running enough to keep the chill out of the house on a 20 degree day and went the extra mile to do this The following day he returned and quickly and efficiently had my heating up and running all for a very reasonable price Don’t waste your time looking anywhere else

Techstar was able to come same day and early too! Charlie was our tech and he was great! Super professional, friendly, and didn’t give up on our tricky situation with our heat pump! Would definitely call them again!

The Tech, Charlie texted me he was on his way, listened to me about the heat problem and got to work testing the mini splits and outside unit with his equipment. Turns out, no heat was caused by low refrigerant due to a slow leak. He took his time and made sure all was working well before he left. Very thorough and professional and I would recommend this company highly.

Arrived on time did a detail inspection and explained everything he did and show pics of any problem.

Tommy was great. He was very patient with me. (I know very little about HVAC systems) He took the time to listen to me and figure out what was the most sensible solution for my single family home. The telephone and text communication with the front office has been excellent. Follow up: The installation crew, Greg, Dave and Mason arrived right on time. They had a full hard day’s work ahead of them: I decided to replace my 1980 Carrier unit with a new high efficiency heat pump and gas furnace. All three technicians were pleasant to work with and they never lost their good humor despite running into a few difficulties. I’m guessing they worked 10 straight hours to finish up everything in one day, including taking time to show me how the new system works. I’m already noticing a significant improvement in the AC: less running time and overall much quieter. Thanks to Greg, Dave and Mason as well as the support staff for helping me out. You earned your excellent rating.

Daniel listened to my description of the problem and diagnosed what was needed immediately. I am very grateful for the work he did.

Had a new HVAC system and heat pump water heater installed. Daniel,Greg, Dave, Austin and Ray were great. Very professional and did a great job. Highly recommend them.
