We had a great experience working with Tell Projects. Zack helped us throughout the entire process, from getting the permits to completing the renovation. He was always available when we had questions and made the whole process much easier for us. We’re very happy with how everything turned out and would definitely recommend Zack and his team.

I am writing to express my gratitude for the excellent service. The repairers, an electrician and a plumber, arrived early and on time. They completed the work neatly and professionally. I would definitely call them again for other repairs and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Had a need for a simple reno. Just adding a wall and door to my home office. Called and had a guy come measure and everything seemed super professional/normal. The guy told us the quote would be ready in 2 days but it ended up taking 7 days. I literally laughed out loud at the quote when I received it. It was a word doc with a total price at the top and some vague bullets of what they were going to do. I called twice and asked for a more detailed breakdown. The first time I called the girl was apprehensive to give me any details but she told me the more detailed quote would be in my inbox in an hour. Three days later I called and was told the girl was in a meeting and would call me back immediately. Ultimately, I never received a call or another quote. Definitely feels like they pulled a number out of thin air and were expecting me to just trust them. Can’t say anything about the quality of labor they do but can say their customer service is truly lacking.

We recently completed a full kitchen design and remodel with this company, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations. From the initial design phase through to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to detail. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, offered creative solutions and practical advice, and helped us create a kitchen that is both beautiful and highly functional. Communication throughout the project was excellent. We were kept informed at every stage, timelines were clearly explained, and any questions or concerns were addressed promptly. What impressed us most was the team’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. They cared about delivering a great result and went above and beyond to ensure everything was completed to a high standard. We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone considering a kitchen renovation or remodeling project. A fantastic company to work with from start to finish. Special mention to Adrianna, Zach and Maikel
