Мало того что бутылка оказалась повреждённой, (упаковка посылки кстати дерьмо полное), так объём бутылки не соответствовал заявленному (0.8 вместо 1 литра). Туфли вообще не то что на картинке. Обман. I have been dealing with customer service for over 2 months of generic responses of we care, we strive, we apologize etc . You can ask multiple questions and make requests and then only get temu loophole responses that enables them to do what they want. When you ask for a breakdown of your previous orders of what was different to enable them to use a blacklisted carrier they give the loophole generic ***lies. You can ask ***eatedly for a breakdown and they say they cant and close the ticket. You complain and they say it wont happen again then they do it 2 more times. Every time they wont answer your questions or requests. They give contradictory statements and when you call them out on it they bounce you to another *** only to start the generic loophole responses all over again. I have had ***s, specialists, supervisors and a manager close tickets. They wont allow me to complain about ***s. I have requested to contact a manager which they wont allow. I gave 2 tickets still open with nobody responding. 1 has been open with no ***ly for over 10 days!! They say if you have questions or need clarification reach out to them then not ***ly. Now if I try to contact the chat help they wont transfer it to a higher supervisor stating they dont know how. Not realizing I see them attaching screenshots to forward it to a supervisor. I attached screenshots showing all the contradictory responses I received only to have my questions and requests be avoided.I even showed them a response that says they will resolve my concerns to MY satisfaction.I have no way to escalate outside of their non transparent customer service.

I have been using TEMU for well over a year now and I must say that Temu takes better care of their online customers than most American Companies. Order are fast and efficient, returns are simplified ***** times they just say donate it) and the products are exactly as they are described. You MUST read the entire description and also the sizing charts, etc. to get exactly what you want but I must say most everything is exactly as expected (and deliveries are actually faster than the local stores. They really take great care of their customers.

I, made a Purchase for my Granddaughter a dresser for her room that didn't fit that cost me $52.84!. I contacted customer service with ********************** they sent me a email so I could print out the label and take it to a ***************** drop off center in ********,Ga ***** in my?? with assistant on August 19, 2024 Monday then on August ******* ***** was dropping it off on my front door!. I then contacted Temu on that Friday and the rest of the week & spoke to over 20 different people saying the same thing it was traveling to its destination I said how it's laying in my living room!. I even called asking for my money they told me to take it back up there I said No, I'm not I'm in a?? with No car y'all call ***** to come & get this heavy box y'all dropped the ball not me!. I said I need that money for food or to pay for a bill y'all can't hold Customers Money like that y'all fight with ***** not ?? me I just want my money ?? back!.. They ask for pics I sent them to over 20 different people and they all say we will have a Supervisor contact you within 24 to 48 hours and nothing!. We will escalate your ticket and nothing and it goes on and on and on but they are quick to put your money on a 3 minute Temu account so you can keep on shopping with them and refuse to give you your own money to eat your self!.????

I have ordered from Temu in the past and never had an experience like the ones Ive been having recently. First of all I want to let everyone who is enticed by this shady marketplace to really think twice before falling into the trap! They lie and claim to give away free s*** and if you place a small order you get all this free stuff. RIGHT!! After they charge you and take your money they will keep trying to take some more! I some how got lured into this lie by this place and ultimately ended up with a cart full of nice eye catching items that by the time I looked over everything I really wanted all of it but my bill totaled to more than I was able to spend at the time so I decided to try klarna so I could go ahead and get the stuff and make payments. So not realizing klarna didnt allow people to make payments for a purchase with cash app I blindly used Apple Pay and immediately my first payment of ***** was taken.. Literally 1 minute or less later I get a message pop up saying my purchase with klarna was declined because they dont accept cash app cards. But Temu still got that first payment from me and long story short 6 days later I still have the charge pending on cash app and I cant dispute it and my money is held up because these idiots dont bother to do things logically like make sure you can only pay with acceptable payment methods before taking the money first! Ive been given the run around and lie after lie about why my money wasnt returned immediately if my order was cancelled immediately! I need my $15 back! I have never had a transaction on cash app pending this **** long after cancellation! This place is a scam and they had the audacity to send me emails and numerous texts trying to make it right by offering yet more free stuff that I actually have to pay for! What a joke you people are the worst! Stay away from Temu ! Its much better places with better quality products who wont steal from customers!

I recently purchased a patio sunshade that required assembly. I hired someone to assemble it, only to discover it wasnt the size I ordered. When I contacted customer support, I was disappointed by their unhelpful attitude. Instead of offering a productive solution, they asked me to prove that I hired and paid someone to assemble the product, as well as show that the product was indeed assembled. They told me I could either disassemble it and return it for a refund, or accept only 1/3 of the product's price. I explained that I had already paid for assembly and would have to pay again to disassemble it just to fit it back into a return box, which would incur extra costs. Im the victim here, having paid for the assembly and expecting an honest sale. I suggested that they simply send me the correctly sized product, so I wouldnt need to remove the assembled parts and could just replace the shade. They refused, insisting that I must return the item first. This is completely ridiculous.I also noticed several complaints in the reviews about products not matching their advertised sizes, particularly with furniture that requires assembly. Its unacceptable to deceive consumers like this! Imagine buying a product with the dimensions you need, spending hours assembling it, only to find out its the wrong size. When customers reach out to customer support, theyre offered either a return option or a small refund, which means theyd have to spend even more time disassembling the item to fit it back into the original packaging for return. This is incredibly frustrating and unfair to consumers.

Je considre que cette application est une arnaque et je souhaite porter une plainte formelle auprs de votre service clientle.Le problme principal que j'ai rencontr concerne le nombre d'eau qui diminue de manire drastique vers la fin du jeu. Cela rend impossible de progresser sans avoir acheter des packs d'eau supplmentaires. De plus, les sollicitations rcurrentes pour acheter et partager l'application de nouveaux membres en change de promesses de rcompenses sont trompeuses. Souvent, ces rcompenses sont incompltes ou impossibles obtenir, ce qui constitue une pratique commerciale dloyale.Cette pratique est considre comme une arnaque au freemium . Le freemium est un modle conomique dans lequel une application ou un jeu est gratuit, mais offre des fonctionnalits supplmentaires payantes. Cependant, dans le cas de Farmland, les fonctionnalits payantes sont rendues ncessaires pour progresser, ce qui est contraire l'esprit du freemium . De plus, les promesses de rcompenses trompeuses constituent une violation de la loi sur la protection des consommateurs.En consquence, je demande un ddommagement pour le temps et l'argent que j'ai investis dans cette application. Je souhaite recevoir un remboursement complet de tous les achats que j'ai effectus dans l'application, ainsi qu'une compensation pour le prjudice moral ******* vous remercie de prendre ma plainte au srieux et de me faire part de vos intentions quant ma demande de ddommagement.Cordialement,pegel

I recently ordered a wig. It was delivered on the date as promised. However, I noticed it wasn't the item I ordered so I placed it back in the packaging it was shipped in and dropped it off at the ********* and immediately requested a full refund on the website. I was advised my request was denied because the item wasn't received. I advised Temu the *** tracking confirmed the item was received on 8/14/2024 @10:48am and was received by "***". Unfortunately, the second response from Temu was another denial indicating again the item was not received along with additional text that it "had missing/broken parts". I responded once again stating that it wasn't good business to deny my refund when I did EVERYTHING required to return the wig and I definitely wasn't responsible or have any control of any damages during shipment of the package. I also stated I wanted to communicate with a Supervisor only to be told as follows: "Hello, dear friend, we understand your feelings, but please understand that we all make decisions according to company regulations. Since the information returned from our warehouse indicates that there is an issue with your package, I can only follow the company's rules and regulations. After the warehouse informed us that your package has an issue, in this case, I do not have the authority to issue a refund for you. Please understand".What is the problem in returning my money????? I spent money and have no **** product!!!!!! I keep getting the run-around and I'm not happy about the POOR service!!!I want my money back!!!

Denied refund of $101 claiming there are missing items but I shipped it back voa ***** fully built without "missing parts". I NEED my money refunded and they denied my request twice I have already mailed back the stroller. The reason I returned it was due to the quality and its a dangerous stroller, the wheels get stuck and I tripped with my baby inside the stroller! I had to wait to buy a new one because of course I need it so that's why I took a bit to return it. I will no longer be ordering from temu!!

It was the worst purchase ever!There are so many broken parts as if the seller is trying to get rid of defective products.1. Missing pedals, LOL, bike without pedals!2. chains fell off, impossible to put them back 3. The plastic ring fell off, not even sure where it's from 4. Where's the footstep on the back seat as shown in pic?4. Having to drop off a 60lb giant box to *** for return pick up requires an extra fee per *** I'll update the refund process.Update on return:The bike was received by the warehouse on 8/13/24.I still haven't received my refund on 8/16/24.Tenmu and the seller kept bouncing responsibility to each other. On 8/19, I received a partial refund. What the....... I pay a half for nothing. I will not recommend anyone to spend more than $100 on Tenmu as it will not protect buyers from fraudulent sellers.

Return policy on products that are not used frequently. Purchase 2 backup water filters. Arrived December 2023. These are replaced every 6 months so I did not have a need to replace until now, Aug’24. Both are defective. The are the correct replacement number I always buy but these have grooves on the side that are too narrow to turn into place. Temu won’t refund or replace because there is a 90 day policy. Lesson learned , take out of box and try fit immediately even if it’s not time to replace.

Me and my wife have been ordering from .temu For years recently, we decided to use one of your promos for credit rain it took several trys, and finally we won We are really excited to get the credit just to find out. The credit was revoked because your items were out of stock and i was not given the choice to select a different item When this occurred and i was penalized by taking my 50$ credit i earned and my 25$ prize i won away contacted your customer service rep. ****** ivy and ask her for solution and asked for a manager, aprox 7or 8 times Without avail, i never spoke to one she refused to let me no matter how many ways or times i asked .. i have screenshots of everything I am a huge advocate for temu And Because of Bad customer service agent and slippery practices i was stupid to trust they would keep there end of the deal ivy tried to say a price adjustment would void my promo When I read and showed her the rules and nowhere in the rules that a price adjustment would would affect your promo she offered me a 5$ credit and a 20% coupon i turned it down All I wanted was my $50 credit and the prize I won feel that if you can revoke a prize because Of something you did...without the option to fix it than it was never a fixable situation and it was a scam by your company my order had not shipped yet and i could of replaced the item easily if given the option and ivy/temu would not work with me This to me seems like shady business practices. If given the opportunity to resolve this issue. I would order a replacement product . Hopefully you can prove me wrong and give me the credit and prize I earned. Thankyou ***** *******

Used to be a good deal, now are more expensive and lower quality than Amazon. It's almost impossible to find help from the website if something goes wrong with an order. Save your time and your private details and go back to Amazon, or even Wish are less dodgy and offer free shipping now.

However, my most recent experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.On July 15th, I made a purchase for $****** and paid using the instant EFT option. Shortly after placing the order, I decided to cancel it. Temu promptly canceled the order, but the money had already been deducted from my account.Since then, I have tried every possible avenue to resolve this issue. I have contacted Temu through their chatbot, engaged in countless email exchanges, and spoken with over ***** different customer service agents. Unfortunately, I have only been met with copy-paste responses that are riddled with nonsensical grammar. The agents I spoke to were ****** apologetic to the point of being foolish, repeating the same scripted messages.This was despite that I explained that it had already been three weeks and I had still not received a refund. I even provided my bank statements proving that the money had left my account and had not been returned. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, one supervisor finally understood the issue and assured me that I would receive a refund. However, today, I received the same automated message from her, insisting that no money was deducted and if it had been, it would be returned within 4-6 days.To make matters worse, there is no effective way to escalate the issue. There are no phone lines, and the only way to communicate is through a chatbot, which connects you to agents who do not speak fluent English and seem incapable of solving anything beyond the most basic issues.This experience has been an utter nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase through Temu to think twice. Their customer service is completely ineffective, and there is no reliable way to resolve disputes or obtain refunds.
