Return policy on products that are not used frequently. Purchase 2 backup water filters. Arrived December 2023. These are replaced every 6 months so I did not have a need to replace until now, Aug’24. Both are defective. The are the correct replacement number I always buy but these have grooves on the side that are too narrow to turn into place. Temu won’t refund or replace because there is a 90 day policy. Lesson learned , take out of box and try fit immediately even if it’s not time to replace.

Date of Purchase: 15th July 2024 Ticket ID: ***************** 4338 Amount: ****** I have been a loyal customer of **********************, making numerous purchases worth thousands of dollars until today. However, my most recent experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.On July 15th, I made a purchase for $****** and paid using the instant EFT option. Shortly after placing the order, I decided to cancel it. Temu promptly canceled the order, but the money had already been deducted from my account.Since then, I have tried every possible avenue to resolve this issue. I have contacted Temu through their chatbot, engaged in countless email exchanges, and spoken with over ***** different customer service agents. Unfortunately, I have only been met with copy-paste responses that are riddled with nonsensical grammar. The agents I spoke to were ****** apologetic to the point of being foolish, repeating the same scripted messages.This was despite that I explained that it had already been three weeks and I had still not received a refund. I even provided my bank statements proving that the money had left my account and had not been returned. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, one supervisor finally understood the issue and assured me that I would receive a refund. However, today, I received the same automated message from her, insisting that no money was deducted and if it had been, it would be returned within 4-6 days.To make matters worse, there is no effective way to escalate the issue. There are no phone lines, and the only way to communicate is through a chatbot, which connects you to agents who do not speak fluent English and seem incapable of solving anything beyond the most basic issues.This experience has been an utter nightmare, and I would strongly advise anyone considering making a purchase through Temu to think twice. Their customer service is completely ineffective, and there is no reliable way to resolve disputes or obtain refunds.

I ordered ca 7.0 deep freezer and received a 3. I paid for the 7. I tried to call them to resolve the issue. I was told that I need to send it back. It cost me 40 dollars to send it back when it should have been a free return. Now I have to go out my way to send this back.

I have been ordering from Temu for many months now and have not had a problem. Returns when necessary have been refunded pretty quickly once they receive it back. Sometimes items are not the type of material expected, but again returns are easy.Most merchandise is well worth the price and some can be found elsewhere for a lot more money. I highly recommend them.

I have ordered the PLUSINNO Travel Fishing pole, rod and spinning reel combo set on 04Aug2024. I received confirmation for order received, with a delivery date of 13Aug2024. The ordered was delivered on 08Aug2024 via ***** There was a large box containing a much smaller box with a telescopic fishing pole. The spinning reel was missing, obviously not included. I thought that the missing item might be part of another shipment, but no communication came from TEMU. I contacted their customer service with my complaint that included pictures of what was received, less the spinning reel, and requested that the missing item be shipped to me. From their website I got that they are analyzing my complaint and, if approved, the charges will be refunded. I am stressing that I wanted my fishing reel, not the refund. This must be resolved one way or another.

I like most of the products BUT they keep offering me $200 free items but never give it to you. They ask you to spin the wheel for more discounts or send to friends to get $200 in free items. No matter what you do it never gives the $200 in free gifts. Even though you refer friends & pick your gifts, you still end up paying for the items. I have ordered so many items they have me on Gold status which is supposed to give me the free items. I did what they asked over and over again but nothing resulted in me receiving the $200 in FREE ITEMS

Purchased a computer for $725.18. Computer did not arrive, instead I received a tiny empty computer case. I contacted support and they said I could return for a full refund. The packaging had been destroyed while opening the box, but customer support said that it was okay to ship in another box. Upon returning the incorrect item, they said that the item weight did not match what they sent and that I did not use the same box, so they denied the refund. They said that what they shipped was 25lb while what I returned was 10lb. I don't know what to say - if it was stolen in transit or something else happened but I did not receive the package and I am now out over $700. Will not be using Temu again.

I love Temu! It's so easy to find amazing things you didn't know existed or for way cheaper than Amazon or ******** They are totally cutting out the middle man and getting it straight to you and me. You just have to be a realistic and smart shopper to get the most out of Temu! Make sure you check out what materials things are made of in the details section and not rely on just the headline description. 99 cent leather belts are just "leather look" belts - is that really a surprise? Their sizes can be confusing but they have a size converter from Asian size to US ones and it's been very reliable for all clothing and shoes I've bought so far. I guess the games and promotions are a bit distracting but just realize they are promotions - don't buy into all the supposed discounts. Temu quality has been stand out for me and I have no complaints at all! (Ok, one complaint is I'm running out of space to keep all my purchases in my small house!)

Worst customer service ever, I have been shopping with TEMU.com for over a year. I recently placed an online order of that totaled $39.96 for 6 small items. I continue onto my check-out which logs me onto Paypal secured site. Confirmed order and logout.Very next morning, I noted TEMU.COM notifications referencing multiple orders. I login to my TEMU.COM account I see my original order for the amount of $39.96 and thereafter, multiple orders showing shipping in progress. I was unable to cancel various items, that were not a part of my original order. I promptly reached out to TEMU.COM online Chat and advised I never purchased any of those items only made one purchase for 6 items in the amount of $39.96. I politely requested TEMU to reach out the vendors and advise that these orders were not placed by me and to immediately recall/cancel P. O's shipment/delivery. The chat representative advised that they were not able to perform my request. Fast forward, I started receiving unauthorized purchased items from TEMU. I immediately opened a dispute with my credit card company. Then attempted to return unauthorized purchases. To my surprise, each item that I requested return labels for now states I'm unable to return due ongoing dispute with my financial institution which could take weeks or months to settle, unless I cancel dispute, we wouldn't have this dispute had they cancelled unauthorize order as per my original request. Some items have been refused delivery and returned to sender. Some I'm not sure even what carrier even deliver to return. TEMU is unwilling to help expedite the resolution of this matter.

Watch out! The free offers, discounts, etc. as well as the items descriptions are not accurate! I took a chance and ordered from TEMU A number of times. yes, their prices were very good, the delivery, although it’s longer than usual, tracking was very good also. For the most part, I’m satisfied with my orders. However, recently, I’m receiving a huge amount of emails of offers – I think I have over 250 of them in the past two weeks! I placed a new order, which was very difficult to process! Many pop-ups, Coupons that were offered to me, then immediately disappeared Disconnections, only to have to start all over again. But what I did find out. Is that the free items to the coupons that they offer immediately are revoked,if you have it I an issue With any item, even though the remaining order is still in process. Also, more restrictions! In the past, everything was ordered from Temu -now you’re a different vendors that you don’t get coupons, free items, discounts etc.. for.Some of the items were not even close to the description.. it’s become a real hassle now to order from TEMU,And if you try to get some support via chat,you receive only generic responses .It’s really not worth the time and effort any more.too bad😖

Do NOT purchase from this company! I went through the c*** of helping a friend get points so she could get something free. It is supposed to take you to Farmland but it takes you to all these carnival spin wheels. This was my first time doing this so I thought it was all a part of it. It then said I had free money for helping my friend so I clicked on all these items. So were they free? NO! I have been charged a ridiculous amount for these items. I have gone through their customer support "chat" with zero help. I have requested refunds on everything that is process and every item I (hopefully) get I will send right back. I will never purchase from this company and I advise you to be wary if you think about it. The ENTIRE experience has been a time-consuming nightmare!!

Ive been shopping with Temu for a couple of years now, I have never had a problem with my orders. I always receive them within time promised & the few times things didnt fit theyve refunded me. You just need to look at fabric type before you buy to make sure its what you are looking for, but my experiences with this company have all been positive.

I came here yesterday and I couldn't add my negative review. So I decided to contact Temu Customer Support via chat and my issue was resolved. Temu took a return and the local warehouse didn't want me to return it and then said there was a loose s**** denying the refund. There was not a loose s**** as the wood box was glued together and wrapped in bubble wrap and then in a display box. When I sent it back I placed in another box for safety. I had no product because I sent it back and only half refund. Temu made it right despite the warehouse! They should consider making the warehouse send pictures to prove things like we do.BUT seriously I have had no issues with this company and will continue to purchase there.

Temu continues to use shipping companies that do not deliver. I've had 3 large orders that Temu has chosen to use Yanwen to ship. none of them were delivered. this last order the customer service rep said that they put a block on yanwen to be chosen as a shipper for my order. i was like awesome. i felt better about placing another order. placed a large order....just got the shipping notification..guess the shipper.....******! wtf. so this will be my 4th order that wont be delivered!! as soon as it's not delivered and i get my refund I will delete temu for good. what a waste of time.

I've purchased several items with Temu and have come to realized they employ some pretty sleazy tactics to boost sales of unwanted items to consumers. Temu's deceptive practices center around their constant promises for free items starting when they entice you to use thier app via targeted advertising with premises that you've won 100% discounts. When you enter the app they show a fake "spin the wheel" game that they themselves admit always returns the 100% discount prize. In my experience I've been offered two items to choose for which I'll receive a 100% discount. I'm then shown a long list of curated items to choose that they represent you'll supposedly receive for free. However once selected you learn you need to purchase $40 in other items to get your two free items. The items you need to select to reach $40 are from a curated list of supposedly-heavily discounted items. This second curated list is key to thier scheme as noted below. In my experience, I spend a lot of time trying to find things I might want and usually get fatigued and just pick things I can talk myself into hoping to get my free items. From there, if you don't place your order immediately you'll see a new offer of one additional free item for placing your order. Again, items available to select are ***** a curated list. And in my experiences just this morning the list items initially showed zero cost change to a discounted price. The whole system is one to bait consumers into chasing free items they end up spending money to receive. I've found that items that I'm forced to purchase to get my free items are available cheaper if purchased outsider the curated lists they force on you. In the end you're buying batches of items that have the commutative value of what you'd pay if you went to buy them outside this whole scheme. In my case, most of the stuff I've bought I wouldn't have normally purchased at all. So, this seems like a very elaborate and deliberately implemented bait and switch scam.
