Strongly recommend The Attic Guys -
-Awkward shaped attic (various levels, boxed in lightwell and many support timbers) Attic cleared of rubbish from previous owners.
-New insulation between and over the joists.
-Raised boarding over the insulation giving lots of storage space.
-Excellent strip lighting
They worked over 2 days and the evening between there was no sign that they had been there. Very clean and conscientious of protecting the property.
Also fed my cat and kept an eye on him whilst I was out and they were coming and going from the house.
Communication was top notch.
Huge thank you to Mitchell, Filip, Clive and Steve.

Loft insulation and boarding (KT18)
The Attic Guys have carried out a brilliant job at insulating and boarding our loft space. Communication with the office was smooth and enjoyable since the start, Mitch is great! Both the surveyors and the guys who actually performed the work have been kind, on time, and left the house clean and tidy like no one before. I would definitely contact them if you need any job to be performed in your loft. They feature both professional skills and honest prices.

Loft boarding, loft hatch, and bowed bathroom ceiling (NW10)
Tom and his team did a great job fixing my bathroom’s bowed ceiling, topping up the insulation, and installing a new loft hatch. They left the space clean and tidy, and were polite and courteous from day one. They were also very accommodating of my schedule to book in the works.

Install Loft boarding and Loft Ladder (LU2)
They were very polite and helpful. They did an excellent job, were very efficient getting the job done in less than a day, and cleaned and hoovered up afterwards. They ensured we inspected everything afterwards, including making sure no wires had been damaged during the process, and demonstrated how the loft ladder worked. We would definately recommend them for any loft work required.

Filip, Peter and Clive all arrived promptly this morning for our loft installation. They were a great team and have done an excellent job for us - insulating, boarding, walkway and fitting a Vapour Control Membrane in the loft.
All completed within the day and they have left the house clean and tidy having created for us a useable loft space that is now also very well insulated.

Comprehensive survey, fair price and efficient and hard working squad (SW19)
Quick, hard working and competent team.
The survey was deep and comprehensive.
The price was fair and the potential extra that they quoted, they didn't happened.
I'm happy about the quality of the boarding and ladder and they cleanup perfectly before leaving.

We were very pleased with the work we have had completed boarding our loft and increasing the size of our hatch with a new loft ladder. The work has been completed to a high standard and the guys cleaned up well after themselves. Steve did the survey for us and it was very detailed, helpful and informative. 2 workmen arrived despite a personal medical emergency. Carried out work quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish I was highly impressed with the team. Expert guidance on the initial survey gave us a sense of what was possible and really clear dialogue about the nature of the work.
The team on the ground where expert and efficient. They worked swiftly but stayed in dialogue about any new elements emerging during the work. Our loft space has been transformed and changed our living arrangements.
I would recommend Attic Guys whole heartedly.

The Attic guys cleared my loft of previous building debris and junk left by the former occupants, insulated and boarded the loft to an excellent standard. Replacement access ladders were fitted and professionally finished and I'm very happy with these. The team arrived promptly on time, was professional and courteous the entire time they were at the property and thoroughly cleaned up after completing the job ahead of schedule. All round thumbs up - I'd thoroughly recommend The Attic Guys!

Excellent work standard and very professional and friendly guys. Extremely happy with the results. The only small issue I would say is that the tradesmen are somewhat let down by the office on occasion, who forgot to phone us to check availability and just assumed we would be home and available whenever. Would still heartily recommend them 100% as it's a tiny quibble.

A comprehensive and competitive quote, combined with a stellar install team that made sure our carpets were protected and cleaned up after themselves each day. I used this company last week for full loft clearance plus replacement insulation and ventilation fittings. Clive and Damien were punctual, friendly and polite. They firstly made sure my carpets and furnishings were covered to protect from any dust etc. They both worked extremely hard and took the greatest care when removing the many items from my loft. Every detail of the project was explained to me as they worked. They finished off by taking up all protective material from the floors and thoroughly hoovering throughout!. We hardly knew they had been here. 5* company and 5* staff. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They like tea with expensive biscuits please! Lynn Foster 🙂

Awful experience, waited an age for an appointment. We both stayed in for the chap to come round, we had a follow up call prior to make sure all was well. They rang us on the morning to say the chap was going to be late due to traffic, fair enough. I said we would both still be in. After about 3 hrs we went into the garden and the man turned up. He pressed the bell which we missed, was on the drive for about 1 min according to ur ring door bell and then drove off. I contacted the company about 2 mins after he left to be told he was already at his next meeting, but would come to us later. He never turned up, on contacting the company was given a story about no signal on his phone, really? in the south east? I felt if this was the way they did business I wanted nothing to do with them. So went with Access4lofts instead, very professional and punctual.

Hi Les, the above rant is a complete exaggeration, you were distracted in the garden when Steve (our surveyor arrived) and you did not open the front door to him [its really as simple as that]
He arrived inside the allocated time slot and you did not open the door (he tried your ring doorbell and phone for over 15 minutes but you missed all our calls)
We look at 6 surveys on a daily basis and always attend every single one
If you wont answer the door after 15 minutes of constant calling, knocking and heavily banging on the window then we move onto our next survey
What exactly would you like us to do [kick the door in maybe!!!] we don’t operate like that…..
I don’t see why our other valued survey customers have to suffer us arriving late to them because for your mistake of leaving you phone inside the house and going into your garden - especially when we called 20mins previous to let you know of our imminent arrival…..
We then couldn’t get hold of you
When you did finally make contact with us the survey manager had long since moved on to our next survey, who was waiting and actually opened the door when we rang the door bell
WE IMMEDIATELY OFFERED YOU A REVISIT
But you rudely declined
