I am really impressed with The Clean Brigade! There were a couple of cleaners that were not a good fit for us, but The Clean Brigade did a fantastic job of finding us the right fit as well as offering a discount for a clean that had been a bit rushed. They are always quick to respond and are incredibly accommodating!

Hi Ali, we are sorry that you are disappointed in the cleaning. However, we do believe your expectations were unrealistic in what a cleaning company will do. We deep cleaned your house twice over, including hand washing the stairs because you continued to express your displeasure with the outcome. You would find a single hair somewhere and make the cleaners do it over. A deep clean is detailed, but when you have two hairy dogs walking around your home, there will be hairs settling in after something is cleaned. It does appear we missed that light switch, your chair and the mat. But you continuously interrupted the cleaners to re-do work they had just completed that they got turned around. We would have been happy to handle that during the final walkthrough, but you didn't afford us the opportunity to do one. You were also rude and condescending to them. They are nice ladies just trying to do a good job to make you happy. This particular team is responsible for many of the 5 star reviews we have here. But the way you treated them, and the constant interruptions admittedly caused us to miss the three things you pointed out. That being said, these ladies re-did everything you asked in some cases, multiple times in an effort to make you happy. We are sorry it did not work out but we wish you the best moving forward.

This was scheduled for a deep clean and we had to continually ask items to be redone. Poor job. For the money we paid for a deep clean was terrible.

Hi Larry, we are sorry that you were not pleased with the service. You left this review immediately after the clean before we could check in with you. We always touch base with new customers after the first clean to ensure you’re satisfied. When we connected, we discussed some of the challenges of cleaning your home while you’re actively walking through the cleaners work and moving out of your house. It does create issues for the cleaners and in some cases makes an area dirty that was already cleaned. Even so we offered to return to clean the missed items, but you did not want that. We settled on a partial refund and you were satisfied with the outcome. We do hope that you would change your review as a result. Our cleaners always try hard to make our clients satisfied. When something goes wrong we are always responsive and we believe we were here. It just occurred after your review. We wish you well, and nothing but the best.

Hi Monique, we’re sorry that the cleaning wasn’t up to your standards. The team we sent was new at the time and not up to our standards either. So our relationship with them ended shortly after your clean. But the clean was 2 years ago and we gave you a full refund after the visit. We are disappointed you felt the need to leave a review after all this time and after we felt we resolved it for you with the refund. But we will always try to improve and do better for our customers and will take your feedback constructively. We wish you all the best!

The team was very professional and nice to work with nice. They did a great job on floors which was an area I requested to focus. There were a few items missed that were not dusted. Clean Brigade was prompt in reaching out to rectify this issue and demonstrated exceptional customer service. Overall good job

Kristopher & Samantha (I might have Sam's name wrong) were great. I've never had house cleaning before, but I'm so busy now that I need it. They hit all the trouble spots that I needed too - shower door, shower head, inside oven, and they even remade my bed better than I had it made up already.
