Non Delivery, No response, I need refund I am writing second time. Please refund my money for two non deliver item . its beenclose to 3 months now. My 2 order are showing in processing status since 29th June. I have followed many times on email, Whatsapp, calls. Neither anyone picked my call nor respond to Whatsapp chat. Please cancel my order and refund the amount. I lost all my patience. Order #1006669, #1005834 Please dont ask me to contact customer care. I did many times but no one picking my calls. I just want refund. I am tired following up.

Fraud company Do not purchase anything; no suits delivered; No refund done. Phone numbers of customer care; no replies even after 1000 calls. Replies given to reviews are all useless. Ordered on 23rd June 2024; no product delivered, no refund; not able to contact customer care. Shall wait till 30th September. After that reporting to Cyber crime. Request all others affected to report so that they are not able to cheat others

Perfect Experience for me This was the second time I ordered from THE FASHION STATION and they've improved their service considerably. I paid flat rate shipping with duties and customs included. (TO BE SHIPPED TO UK) I didn't have to worry about paying anything at the door or over the phone when my parcel arrived in UK. It took 7 days from the day the parcel left India to get to my doorstep, which was impressive. The clothing is of great quality (be sure to read product description for info on fabric and choose accordingly). Everything is as shown online. I had to cancel one item in my order before dispatch because it was delaying the rest of my order. I contacted NEETU SINGH through Whatsapp to initiate a refund and they processed it quickly and I received my refund in a matter of a few days. Overall, I'm very happy with the items I ordered and the customer service I received. Will definitely be ordering again.

Fraud website Very disappointing experience with this fraudulent website. I placed a prepaid order 3 months back. I have still not received my order. Their team doesn’t even bother a revert to multiple emails and countless messages. They dont have the slightest decency to inform their customers about the order that too when it is prepaid. Will never shop from here again

FRAUD CUSTOMER SERVICE Order ID 903443, Refund. Why are you guys keep deleting reviews. I reviewed from several other ID's couple of days ago, now I do not see any of my reviews on this website given to fashion station. I asked for refund and I've been asking for the same since December 2023. Your last response to my review was to get in touch with the customer service portal, which didn't answer to any of my question. I asked how to contact you guys as you do not respond to WhatsApp texts, emails and calls, every time I leave a review on this page I get an instant response saying contact customer service. IS it so difficult for you guys to call your own customers???? Or you can simply tell me that you can't process the refund and we cannot contact the customer service by any means. Now I already know the response I will get on this review (sorry and contact customer service) WHich customer service????? God knows!!! Because calls / texts / and emails won't work.

Fraud website do not buy My order numbers 1005921 and 1005856 is showing as processing since 30th June. Their contact number is false and does not respond. No replies to emails or whatsApp. They do not have any intention of delivery nor of refund. just collecting money from gullible customers. Have lost 8000

Review 10 refund #1005441 urgent This is my10th review! Fashion station is not a fraud website .i have been shopping since 2017! But but but.... Since last year something wrong is going on! My money is stuck since April!i have gracefully waited for so many months!i cant wIt more! Refund #1005441 or send any dress of equivalent amount!!

Fake website There is no star less than one, otherwise I would have given. Fashion station is absolutely fake or no website. I am regularly sending messages and emails for refund of my order 895429 dated 07/11/23 and 947578 dated 27/02/24. Till date, nobody picked up the call, nobody responded to WhatsApp and above 20 emails. Beware of them.

fraudster Order no #939290 and #939283 Here i am writing my fifth review so far after not receiving any response from their customer support on whatsapp. Their customer service on WhatsApp is there just for namesake or even the helpline number , of they were really helpful my issue regarding my refund would not stretch for 6 months. My refund is pending since 29 th March, whom earth takes 6 months or more to issue a refund, until they are fraud. And before asking me to contact you customer service again go and check if you customer service executive are doing their work or are they forever on lunch break. If they were doing their work atleast I would have received one response , since the last week I am regularly texting them but I haven't received any response from their end till date. Whenever I think about my refund, I wonder if the owners of Fashion Station - Saba Zaidi, Syed Mohd Zaidi, and Ehan Abbas have forgotten about the accountability of Akhirah. It's not my place to remind them, but I think they have forgotten this since 2024. Until my issue gets solved I would keep on posting negative reviews and with each passing day the review will become increasingly blunt and harsher. __________________________________________ Review dated 9th September: Order no #939290 and Order no # 939283 I am again writing my fourth review. This is the second time I have been assured on trustindex that they prioritize your issue . But your customer service don' t even reply. I feel your customer service on WhatsApp is just a dummy . Don't ask me to try contacting your customer as I am tired of texting them everyday and if your are really concerned the order no is already mentioned all you have to do is just refund the money. I used to have great trust on fashion station as I have been purchasing from them since 2019, besides it was a leading website for selling pakistani clothes.But god knows what happened to them that since 2024 neither are they delivering the product nor even after cancelling the order they are refunding your money. I would like to compare my experience of shopping from fashion station to that of a small business who sell authentic pakistani suits.In the past year I have ordered from a small business for the ocassion of Eid with the same issue the order got delayed what I liked about that small business was first she responded whenever I asked for the status of my order and was very clear , secondly she was ready to issue an immediate refund and also she has given me discount coupon as an apology from their end . My point comparing the two business was their customer service which fashion station despite being a huge platform lacks it.My order no is #939283 and #939290. This time I have made up my mind if I don't get my issue solved within a week I am going to file a legal consumer complaint which I should have done much earlier. I am so done with trying all the avilable means of contacting them including messaging their useless automated whatsapp customer service, sending them mail every now and then or trying all the possible numbers I could find, that resorting to filing a legal complaint is the only option left for me. If there are anyone like me who are facing similar issue and if they are just ghosting you i would suggest file a legal complaint. And please fashion station don't respond that contact our customer service like you have written to others who have posted their reviews as no matter whichever platform you raise your issue all we get is automated response from your end, I wonder if you even read out our queries.We all had had enough bad experience with your customer service, and it should be you who should contact your customer and solve their queries

FRAUD, LIARS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM 0 stars.......The worst company to order online from. They are fraud and fake, I placed an order in may and it's still not delivered. Written thousands of mails and WhatsApp messages to both the sales and wholesale team. They read it and then ignore it. Please don't buy from them at all. I have a prepaid order and now they don't even refund. Shame of you. Remember if success can make you reach new heights you can fall also. CUSTOMER SUPPORT EMAIL AND NUMBER IS BOTH A JOKE TO THEM

I have ordered it for Eid but Eid is already gone. Pls refund me my money. After paying this review here there would be a response on this by faction station saying sorry and to contact customer service.. if your customer service was so responding then we would not be here writing this review… eating ppls gard earned money… your children will suffer for this.. and you guys will also suffer in akhirat InshaAllah

THIEVES AND FRAUDS!!!!!!!!!!! ORDER ID 903443, REFUND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Left few reviews in past 1 month and the only effort you guys took to resolve my query was respond to each and every review on this website instead of actually helping me out and resolving the issue. Last time when I left a review, you guys immediately responded that my issue is being escalated on priority and I have to contact your customer service for one last time to get this resolved and GUESS WHATT???????? You people didn't answer to my emails, WhatsApp texts or my calls. NOW tell me how am I suppose to contact you guys if you do not respond to it and why even should I contact you as every f@cking details is already given to you guys, what's stopping you helping me with the refund. I've attached my previous review, your response to it and the email I sent you guys as a proof that I have contacted THE FASHION F@cKING STATION multiple times but you guys didn't responded and still want to me contact to get this fixed, it's an infinite loop. And now it's your job to contact me tomorrow and get this resolved ASAP, no I am not going to contact you and ask for my own money again and again.

Frustrating customer care Another review yet again. Last week after million messages, someone responded asking me to wait till Monday for the Razorpay link for refund. Today again, im trying to reach them with several messages on their WhatsApp, requesting for Razorpay link promised for today. They are sending me automated message, without any response. Whoever is replying here, requesting them to kindly generate my Razorpay link , my order no is 991486, cancelled on 6th Aug. Im tired of chasing your customer care.

Review 14…. Worst experience Contacted fashion station new call support nmbr but call gets dropped as they say transferring the call to customer executive. They are neither replying on WhatsApp support also. My amount of 4 prepaid orders is stuck since last 4 months They are not refunding amount even after cancellation and giving details on razorpay link. My order nmbr are 964284 1002590 1002593 1002642 My refund of these 4 prepaid orders is pending since last 4 months. Have given details at razorpay link but yet it’s processing. Haven’t received d amount yet. My order nmbr are 964284 1002590 1002593 1002642 Please resolve asap All staff members have gone underground, false promises. When ask fr refund they go blank.
