Nate not only is a friendly IT guy who knows his stuff, he's an excellent teacher as well! We decided to switch over to a streaming player from cable TV but honestly had no idea how to go about it. Nate made the process truly painless and we will be saving over $100 per month without missing out on any of the shows and apps we enjoy watching. I wish we had called him sooner! Highly recommend him.

Laptop seized up and first visit went well. Paid cash and requested a receipt. He offered an electronic one, which would have been fine but he never sent it. Had to keep texting him to get an answer on my drive but he could not access it. Eventually I was just happy to have the hard drive back 3.5 weeks later and move on. If you're too busy then don't take the job. Unprofessional.

Nate was a life saver for my small business! He came in short notice, fixed our register card reader within an hour, then improved our wifi connection, connected security cameras, and even resolved some bluetooth connections. All in 2 and a half hours! I already shared his info to other small business owners. So easy to work with, and with a positive attitude. I can't say enough!!!

Nate is knowledgeable and personable. After we moved into our new home, he checked our wi-fi and set up up our TVs, printer, etc., saving us all the time (and frustration) we would have spent trying to figure out how to do it ourselves. I highly recommend his professional services!

Nate Munic - The Friendly IT Guy - was a perfect choice for us. We were having problems with our home PC, and didn't have the time, energy, or know-how to fix things ourselves. Nate was responsive, fast, and cost-effective. What I found most important was that he had the ability to speak to us in regular terms instead of computer speak. During our first meeting he cleared up something that I had been having problems with for years. I have no doubt that I will be reaching out to him again. Nate Munic (The Friendly IT Guy) did a home visit for us. We had 4 issues with a MacBook Pro and some issues on a Mac desktop. He helped us update our operating systems, update our browsers, purchase a new Microsoft Windows package and several other smaller items. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to work with. We initially met Nate, The FRIENDLY IT GUY, when having trouble with our network system. He was immediately responsive to our needs and prompt in scheduling. He solved the issues, explained the process and readily helped us with other issues such as Wyze software, Alexa, and TV streaming apps. We were so happy with his service we booked a four hour package to learn more from Nate. He came for our first training and was able to fix wireless printers, more TV issues, and even my husbands stereo speaker system. Throughout each visit Nate was pleasant, extremely competent and certainly very patient and graciously answered all of our questions.
Being seniors who don’t find technology “intuitive” we were thrilled to find Nate and lucky to benefit from his skill level and expertise. I’ve already recommended him to our friends!
