Very helpful and sorted my problem

Very happy with the Fuelstore, like the weekly invoice and the excel sheet I get with my transactions on. The notification of any price changes comes through in plenty of time so that I know what I'm paying for my fuel and my account manager Saul Augustus-Dore, is very responsive to any queries

We moved our Fuel management to Fuel store earlier this year and since doing so I have received the most excellent customer support from our Account Manager Saul Augustus - Dore. The whole process is smooth and easy to manage and any queries or questions are dealt with in a warm, friendly and professional fashion.

I found the customer service lady Maggie very helpful and considerate. Their fuel charge is very reasonable at present so would definitely recommend them as a fuel card supplier.

I've used a few fuel cards over the years running a bus company but this is the first one I haven't had to chase over pricing. Often companies promise low prices then hike them up after few weeks but these have been true to their word. Saul Augustus-Dore is our account manager and he has been great, immediately sorting anything I have needed and occasionally calling to check we are OK. I have no hesitation in recommending them/him

The Fuel Store were the first company that we used when we started our own business. As our fleet has grown they have been great in adding additional vehicles and keeping in contact to reassess our growing needs. Since Naomi (Saunders) has become our Account Manager, the service has been even better. Naomi is very attentive and supportive and is always available to support last minute. She is really friendly and makes you feel like she has all the time for you despite having other clients to manage.

We always get responsive service from Saul at Fuel Store. If the request is something that will take longer and involve info from multiple teams, he will contact to advise he is still working on the case and with a rough ETA. Proactive comms and someone we can always rely on, great account manager overall, we would recommend without hesitation :)

We have been using The fuel store now for approx 6 months and the service has been fantastic our account Managers Dale & Ronnie are always so helpful and the online platform is great and has so many helpful tools for our Transport Team. The rates are also so much cheaper than our previous provider. I only said i would trial this card for 3 months as i was retireing this qas agreed with the rather pushy sale rep ,since they have debited my account and i was tokd a one off fee was all i had to pay my concider contactint the trades and discription bureau as this was miss sold

I have account with them, several times my cards was declined and I had to pay with my credit card that made me to lose hundreds in total. Not answering on the phone, avoid them.

Sam has been very helpful and efficient, looking forward to saving money on my fuel bills
