Hey Mike. Thanks for your feedback. We are truly sorry for this misunderstanding. Our cashier assumed that it would be best to turn the fan away from you when your food was brought out. We strive to give our customers the best experience possible and we are truly sorry that the heat yesterday had a negative experience on your visit. In future we will definitely ask before adjusting the fan. We can guarantee you that all 3 of our stores are under the same management and we rotate staff between all stores to guarantee a consistent experience for our customers as far as possible.
