I attended a wedding there recently. It's a stunning venue and the staff were wonderful.

Delicious festive afternoon tea at The Millhouse. Easy to find, plenty of parking. Staff were warm and welcoming. Just the right number and variety of treats. Definitely worth seeing this classic venue when it is open!

Im a wedding videographer and worked in The Millhouse last week. The food and staff was absolutely fantastic. Both myself and the photographer on the day were very impressed by the wedding coordinator, Jenna. She kept the entire day going and on time. She made sure there couple, staff, and vendors were all looked after. Neither of us had experienced anything like this before in Ireland. This was my first time shooting a wedding video here and I cannot wait to return. Thank you Millhouse. Thank you Jenna. My advice to couples is to definitely contact The Millhouse and organise a visit.

Nice and quiet place to celebrations. The old buildings make a vintage atmosphere kinda like a ancient place.

We recently had our wedding at at The MillHouse in Slane and couldn't have asked for a better experience in terms of service. Leah, Jenna, and Lisa were absolutely fantastic—so friendly and professional! They truly went out of their way to resolve any issues that arose during the day, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The food was incredible, with the lamb, chicken and chorizo, and paella being highlights of the menu. All our guests raved about it! The staff were equally lovely and did everything they could to accommodate every request. That said, with a venue that handles so many events, including weddings, a few issues we encountered could have been avoided with tighter management. While the team was quick to respond and resolve these problems, some of them shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. Nonetheless, we were impressed & touched with how the team tried to handle everything. Overall, I would still highly recommend The Millhouse for its great atmosphere, wonderful food, and dedicated team.

My work as a photographer takes me to hotels up and down the country and without doubt the Millhouse features the best General Manager I’ve worked with. Alongside Lisa, her team are Fantastic; Celine, Jenna, Lea. The hotel is gorgeous, food is fab, highly recommended.

It goes without saying that The Millhouse is a stunning venue but it is the team, especially Caoimhe, Donna, Veronica and Celine, that really make it what it is! The team were so attentive and on the ball on our wedding day and we felt totally calm and at ease because of that. Everything we had requested or talked about in the lead up to the day was done perfectly! The décor, the drinks, the food, the music – we never had to ask for a thing and you just made the day flow so well. We had the best few days of our lives and a big part of that was due to the team. Thank you so much!

As a supplier I work as a wedding DJ it's a pleasure to work here. Staff are courteous and in general it is well staffed . When I have spoken to newly wed couples are always very happy with the service. The most recent wedding I did last Sunday was no exception with the married couple very happy . Aidan
