I will start off with the positive. The product is actually a great quality. The unfortunate part is the customer service from this company is horrific. They will send you email saying thank you for your order and your order has shipped asking you to leave a review before you receive any product and it takes forever if you ever do receive it Then when you try to send communications, they’ll tell you someone’s going to contact you within 24 hours you don’t get the phone call or contact back and they never answer the question that you asked within the email like what is my tracking. Eventually, a Support email will come stating they’re having system issues processing issues whatever it may be but yet no tracking though they already sent you an email stating your product had shipped. If you ever wanna get your project done in a timely manner I would suggest do not buy from here.

Since this is real wood I would recommend painting the wall you are going to put it on. Just because it’s not perfectly straight and that way you don’t end up seeing anything between the small cracks or in any holes .

The floor is for my kitchen. It was professionally installed -- I don't do DIY -- and the installer said it was great to work with and exceptional quality. It looks beautiful and is super-comfy to walk on. Also, the wood-graining is subtle. No complaint about that, but some people may want a more obvious grain. The bevel is truly micro, which for my taste/needs is a good thing. did everything right: the product came when it was supposed to, and there was no breakage. My kitchen is still in process, but so far, the floor seems tops.

My husband installed these strips on our 1,000+ sq ft garage floor. We love it! We didn't want to go to the hassle of moving everything out of the garage in order to apply paint-on type products to the cement. With the strips, we moved our stuff from one area to another, cleaned the cement as we went, and he applied the strips. There was a slight problem under the car tires with movement of the vinyl strips, but he had installed them too tightly in that area.
