Much better food than that boat house. And a lot cheaper, too.. steak was cooked to perfection, really good blue cheese sauce! Found a new pub to spend my money in. Was good to be back after 4 years away from the Warren, caught up with a good mate who practically lives there all summer! Will be back again soon

The food was amazing food was good quality drinks were very cheap and a good menu for the kiddies

So it's my birthday today 😊. I woke up with a bit of a foggy head after some pre celebration drinks last night. My family and I decided it would be a good idea to go out for breakfast to line our stomachs for the day ahead, so we headed to the Warren Bridge Inn to try the advertised buffet breakfast. Upon entering, we were met by friendly and happy staff who once paid directed us towards the buffet and the included tea and coffee. The buffet was fully stocked in freshly cooked produce, all cooked to perfection 👌. Every item I had was super tasty. What a great start to my birthday celebrations. Thankyou.

We waited 30 mins for our food and when it came it was warm and it was disgusting I wouldn't recommend it. We ended up going to Gerald's to go get a pastie, I wish I could post pictures on here to show people the burnt eggs , frozen fried fries and my messy cheese burger that tasted like a McDonald's wich by the way McDonald's arnt my favourite food

The food was terrible, you could tell it was all frozen food. We waited 40 minutes for 3 dishes and it was all dry. I had a vodka orange and it tasted like I had just a glass full of vodka.

Ate here last night after spending a day on the beach. We were a group of 14 so large. 8 of us were children so was disappointing to see the outdoor play park wasn't open. Took quite a long time for our food to come out and when it did it was overdone. Before we could make an issue about it, the waitress told us the chef sent their apologies, they were on their own due to staffing issue and offered us an ice cream for each child. This was a good gesture so hopefully next time we visit it will be a better experience.

This place has had a few owners/changes over the last ten years or so. But from last years dire pub it is now a fabulous bar. Huge upgrade on food choice and standard of food. OK it has resort price's but compared to near by it's a bargain. Great customer service now also which makes a change from just one behind the bar in Summer season. Nice ambiance with appropriate background music too. You would need to be mega picky to find fault. It's Dawlish Warren not Monaco after all. Looking forward to visiting again.

Midweek lunchtime visit. Staff were very friendly even gave the dog a treat or three 🤣🐾 Food was good, we both had fish, chips and peas. Nice size portion. Dog friendly inside and outside.

Camping but not cooking, so we walked down to Dawlish Warren for some food. We decided to go into what used to be The Silly Goose (great pub), but is now the Warren Bridge Inn. Ordered 2 burgers........when they arrived, there was no salad in the buns as advertised on the menu. They took them away to rectify the situation and came back with the correct burger buns. However, upon eating the meal, we found that the fries were cold and so were the burgers! Awful meal. To make it worse, there was a large screen TV loudly playing the football........which is great if you like that sport, but bloody awful if you don't! There was a small TV where we sat with the news on, but no sound or even subtitles. The place seems to be run by youngsters who haven't got a clue what they're doing.........especially the kitchen staff! Definitely won't be returning and would not recommend. Very disappointed and next time will go further on down to the Boathouse which is far more professional!

Food zero stars I'm afraid for the Sunday carvery. Paying £30,offered only one meat.the turkey didn't taste right and one slice tasted salty,( I didn't put any on)the roast spuds were nice but looked overdone,the Brussels were over done and tasted like they had some coating on.the carrots were hard amd the peas were overdone and tasted horrible to,my wife had the veg roast,which cane on a plate and plate left where they slice the meat, the veg is help your self but when you give someone a veg roast(which looked shocking and didn't taste nice at all)when people use these they put on there plate and possibly touch the meat on plate,same with the gravy,which wasn't labelled vegetarian, I had the meat option and left most of dinner on plate.worst carvery ever been to and I've had loads.wife couldn't use the gravy and didn't trust that any labels hadn't touched people's meats on plates.the veg roast looked like a grey slop on a plate.no taste.the carvery had been only open an hour but all looked over done. On the serving spoons when someone takes a portion of peas they lay on a plate and touch the meat,the roast potatoes, only potatoes option,what are they cooked in again are they suitable for vegetarians.im not a food critic etc or an expert but this place needs to label and prepare and offer the food correctly,,does the chef lack experience dealing with vegetarian foods.or know how to prepare where it is actually suitable in the first place.im sorry for the poor review.but the old goose pub did food better.it isn't worth £15 a head and if offered a pudding it might.but I'm sorry the food was terrible, we won't be back.
