Excellent service from Kelly! Would highly recommend

We saw the White Van Wedding Company and their beautiful VW Splitty at a family birthday, and loved the idea so much that we immediately hired them for our daughter's wedding. There was great communication between us and the company prior to the wedding, and they couldn't have been more professional and accommodating. All of our guests had great fun and loved it, and we've some brilliant photo memories from the day. It was a wonderful addition to the celebration.

What a fantastic company! We knew exactly what we wanted as our wedding Photobooth but had no recommendations. It can be very daunting booking something for such a special occasion with no personal recommendation but we are so glad we did. After googling and reading some reviews I contacted the owner and received a helpful and prompt reply. She was so happy to help and answered all questions I had in such a friendly and professional way. She remained communicative throughout the process and especially just before the big day. On arrival, she was punctual and set up so discreetly. She was happy and helpful throughout the booking and was so friendly to all of our guests. The van looked fabulous, the props were great and the photos were great! We didn’t have a chance to see the guests enjoying the van but the guest book and photo file (which arrived 48 hours after the wedding) are a fantastic memory maker! The slideshow of each visit is an exceptional touch! We chose the silver package. We had 120 guests. The package was more than enough. Not only is it a great booth, it is a great addition to the venue for guests to have photos in front of. Our photographer loved using it as a backdrop. We were lucky enough to have great weather so the van was a perfect outside talking point and helped keep the atmosphere fun and exciting. Had we not had sunshine, the rainy day plan was in place which the owner helped us arrange. I have added some of our photos! It’s hard to put into words how great this van was but, for us, it was a fabulous classy and fun addition to our day which we and our guests will remember forever! I used the white van company for my wedding car on the big day. I was utterly impressed with everything. The van was decorated in the colours I chose. The driver was so lovely and accommodating. I couldn't of chose anything more perfect, and would highly recommend.

Kelly was absolutely amazing from start to finish! She went above and beyond by offering to do two trips to the venue free of charge, which was such a kind gesture. Her communication was excellent throughout, and she made everything so easy and stress-free. The sweets in the van were a thoughtful and comforting touch for a nervous bride, and the camper van itself was beautifully decorated in the exact colours we requested. Kelly’s attention to detail and professionalism truly helped make our day run smoothly. Highly recommend her services!

Brilliant company. They provided a great service on my wedding day. The guests love having the vehicle there after the ceremony for some pictures. The sweets inside the vehicle was a nice touch 🙂

I hired beautiful and charming Georgie the 1965 split screen VW Campervan for our Bridal transport back on Saturday 12th October. What an absolute delight it was for myself and my Bride tribe to travel in. On the big day Kelly arrived in plenty of time, with no complaint about having to wait for us to finish getting ready, leading to a minor delay in us leaving for the venue. Amongst all the rush and chaos she remained calm and composed and drove us all safely to the venue in plenty of time despite there being some motorway traffic on the way. On arrival Kelly was happy to drop my Bride tribe off and have my Dad jump in so that we could go for a little drive just the two of us before the ceremony. To our amazement as well, she offered to stay around until after the ceremony so that my Husband and I could get some photographs taken with Georgie. Georgie of which was clean and maintained to a high standard, stocked well with some sweets and decorated beautifully with ribbons and flowers which matched really well with our colour scheme and rustic theme. Our guests were amused at my choice of vehicle initially but on the day could totally see the vintage charm and beauty that I saw and they too loved Georgie. We have no hesitations to use this service again in the future or recommend to others.

We hired four of the lawn games for our wedding and they were excellent. Guests loved them and we even caught one of the groomsman practicing the coconut shy the next morning. Great communication via email and seamless delivery and pickup from the venue.

We had our special day on Thursday 6th July 2023! Where we booked both campers Jimi and Georgie! They were the perfect touch to our special day! Our Bridesmaids absolutely loved riding in style down to Danson House where we got married and also down to our reception in Rochester! (Let's not forget the pick and mix) such a great touch! Everyone including our guests were extremely excited to see the campers hang around for photos and I cannot thank Kelly and Emma for them saving the day too! We had hired a 1954 blush pink Cadillac to take myself, my dad and then me and my Husband to and from the venues unfortunately it broke down and those two special ladies really made our day with all the efforts they had put in despite Kelly hurting her shoulder!! Thank you once again for everything that you done for us on the day it really made everything special! Would definitely recommend to any couple looking for that extra special touch for their big day! 🤍🤍 We had also hired the Garden Games from Brian who is Kelly's Dad! These were definitely a highlight of keeping our guests entertained! Everyone had a blast playing with the games! Thank you Kelly and Brian for all your help! 🤍

We booked The White Van Wedding Company for our daughter's bat mitzvah last weekend and it was an absolute winner. The kids were queuing up to use it all afternoon and had the best time. Kelly was amazing and the weblink to the gifs of all the photos is not something we had seen before but absolute genius and hilarious to watch back. Thank you so much for making the day so special.

We got married in June 2023, for our wedding car we didn't have a clear idea of what we wanted other than "not luxury" but rather something on the more casual/retro end of the spectrum. Also for logistical reasons, our "wedding car" should be able to fit us two as well as our immediate families, as we had to go from the church to the park where we took pictures and then to the reception. Around the same time we happened to have watched the "little miss sunshine" film (was it fate or a coincidence?), and we thought it'd be really nice to have wedding vans!! Communication with Kelly was super smooth and efficient from the start, you get to pick the various colours for the decoration. On the day they showed up well ahead of time, and everything went super smoothly! We had quite a few trips: for the two families, between hotels and church, between church and photoshoot venue, between photoshoot and reception. Ourselves and our families loved the white wedding vans, they are so cute and we started to miss sitting in them as soon as we left them! Thanks Kelly, Alan and (the two vans) Georgie and Jimi!

The White Van Wedding Co were such an important part of our wedding day, the vans are beautifully kept, presented with our choice of flowers, and Kelly is both easy to deal with and a lovely person. She arrived to pick up my wife in plenty of time so she could have pictures with her bridesmaids and the van before leaving, and had already familiarised herself with the route so we didn't have to think about anything on the day and could just enjoy ourselves.

We hired out the split screen camper last year and what can I say, the vehicle was amazing, the communication throughout was superb, it arrived on time, an absolutely faultless company and highly recommended. One of our guests who is a VW expert even commented that this was the best condition split screen camper van he had ever seen!

Arriving at the wedding venue in Georgie the van was so special! Kelly was so lovely and made the journey with my parents perfect. We also had the opportunity to take some beautiful photos in and with the van after the ceremony which was wonderful. Highly recommend.

Would highly recommend this company. Exactly what we wanted for our wedding day. Kelly is great and is very knowledgeable about VW campers. A friendly and professional service. We can’t thank her enough for her contribution towards our wedding day.
