Purchased an item through their eBay store and now they’re soliciting a review through a text message to my phone number. Absolutely avoid. Responding to reply: whilst I appreciate you improving your process I just want to make it abundantly clear that this is very much a localised issue to your brand. Other online retailers do not solicit reviews from an api pull of a phone number for an unrelated purchase. Please review your process.
