Alison and Rachele did an absolutely fantastic job on my house sale and purchase, particularly considering both came with their own unique problems outside of the normal process. They were tenacious to the very end, ensuring we moved before Christmas and avoiding a total breakdown of the chain at the last minute. I would highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling as they were just as effective with my partner's house sale, completing in less than 2 months despite complications. They remained helpful and professional even in the face of less effective solicitors in the chain, leaving no stone unturned to solve every barrier put in front of them and never giving up.
