I am quite pleased with the outcome of my case as represented by Erica Garrett and her team at Ticket Shield. Upon negotiating with the provincial prosecutor, the ticket was reduced from a 'speeding' major (in the view of insurance companies) ticket to a minor 'disobey sign' ticket, with a corresponding reduction in demerit points from four to two. I highly recommend Ticket Shield. I was caught speeding at 133 km/h in a 70 zone and didn’t have my insurance card with me. I was facing heavy fines and significant demerit points, but in the end, I only received a small fine for 99 km/h in a 70 zone and three demerit points—saving me a lot on insurance costs. Their services are also very reasonably priced.

Where to begin. It was the most devastating moment in my life and my families life. I can't thank Erica and the team at Ticket Shield enough. Words cannot express how talking to Erica made me feel. She didn't look down on me and ensured me I was human and I made a mistake. I was so down on myself and cried for 2 weeks straight. I was thinking the worse. I was thinking Jail time away from family. Erica you and your team made this situation in me so much easier and gave me a piece of mind. Having my charges dropped from stunt driving to 29 over and 3 demerit points is a major win in my case. I honestly couldn't have asked for anything better. They made my ticket disappear! I was expecting a reduced charge but they got rid of my ticket which had 4 demerit points and would have killed my insurance rates.
