Superb quality, quick response, build and delivery, great communication with a friendly can do attitude! Very good prices too! I could keep going with superlatives but you get the idea. I've spent the last few years lost in a world of disappointing 3d prints of scale models that have either been of poor print quality or felt super brittle. I was then recommended by a previous customer of tidewater 3d printing to give them a go, and boy, was I glad I took that advice. Chris was super helpful, cheerful and friendly via email and very accommodating with my requests. Simply put, I've found my go to for 3D print. Long may it last!

Chris and the team did a brilliant set of both FDM and resin prints for me based off my own amateurish designs. He recommended tweaks to the design to address potential printing problems and has continued to give me great advice on the best use of the different printing methods. I needed a SIM card tray for some upcoming travel and managed to find a STL online with some tight tolerances. Sent it over to Chris at Tidewater and he took the time and effort to do some test prints at different percentages to make sure everything fitted perfectly. Very reasonable prices and quick turnaround. He also has some cool DnD miniatures on display. Highly recommend!
