We have recently purchased an F150 Raptor from Blackline - Iqram has dealt with the whole process from our initial visit to their showroom through to hand over on collection day. Honestly cannot fault him nor his service. Responsiveness gets 11/10, on all and every occasion he was contactable (even on days off!) any issues or concerns (admittedly I had a few) he came back to us promptly with either a resolution or details of the next steps. We bought a Macan from another dealer back in May, and as soon as the deposit was paid we were treated totally different regards any issues we had or any questions to the dealership, they were either non responsive or dismissive. Totally different experience this time round and a big big thank you to Iqram. Super service, extremely responsive and and totally understanding throughout. Truck was presented to us in their showroom fully detailed on collection day. Documents, paperwork and a very cool little hand over package. Huge thank you to Iqram and a huge thank you to the Blackline team. Highly recommended and will be back for our next one.

They came and saw my car after I posted it on dubizzle, they said they are professional, as in they know what they are doing, they changed it in the dealership also Al Tayer, then they toke it again to comprehensive test, after wasting 2 days and 100 calls first with a shady sales rep. Very unprofessional in my opinion Would rate zero starts if possible

I recently bought from Iqram at Blackline and can highly recommend. Despite losing out on a car several months ago, Iqram stayed in touch over summer and kindly recommended other options. No hard sell, just genuine and honest service. Two weeks ago he reached and gave me first refusal on a similar type and then walked me through the buying process - super efficient and pleasant. All transactions and paperwork connected to the part-ex were also handled well. Worth to mention that Blackline only stock cars that have an OEM service history giving peace of mind and confidence.

Amazing experience from Blackline. Had the pleasure of dealing with Iqram and help from Bassel and Prem. It took a while to find the right car but they managed to secure all points I wanted in the car. Yes you pay slightly more but you have peace of mind that the car you buy will be totally clean.
