Recently purchased a gas fire from The Living Room and we couldn't be any happier, the fire was ordered and fitted within 4 weeks. James helped organise everything from the fire fitting to the chimney lining which made the whole process a breeze. I highly recommend TLR if you are considering purchasing any sort of fire.

From start to finish James bent over backwards to help my mum sort a fire out. From picking the fire to the engineer lining the chimney was outstanding. Would highly recommend this company

I had a new cast iron fireplace fitted from The Living Room where there has been an old gas fire. The customer service was excellent and really friendly. There was no pushy sales, and James talked us through all of the options. The fitter was also great - on time, friendly and tidy! I was also surprised by how quickly they were able to fit after ordering. The living room of my Victorian terrace house now has some character back, ready for new floors and decorating!

Upon our arrival to TLR fireplaces we were instantly welcomed with a smile and excellent customer service from James. We were looking for a fire place to complete our living room revamp and the choices we had were impeccable, we found one we really liked and from ordering to delivery there was no stress or problems. Delivery came on the date agreed and within good time. I would highly recommend TLR fireplaces to anyone that is looking for a fireplace big or small there is enough to choose from. They also have an excellent art collection too.
