Hi can you share with me the name of spoke person and name of the caregiver or helper you hired form us ? So that I can address the issues. "preys on weak and helpless elderly to take advantage and traumatise elderly in dire need of professional help " I do not agree with this as so far we value our client's interest especially needy family and we even have instalment plan or offered discounts to our clients, so I really feel sad when you put this strong statement in public review. If not wrong I do remember a client who said something like this, I hope you are not from the same family, I went client's house in teban gardens for 4.5 hours just for document signing and after caregiver reached out for help I brought her back because she lost 3kg in 1 month time and she was locked out by client which made her to call the police, I went down to client's house and solved the issues with client's permission, few days later we need to bring her to A&E due to chest pain and client has yet make payment for the medical bills. This was a case long time back in Jul last year, let me know if this help you recall something.

I believe this is the same client as Mr Yeo Eng Keat but from different family member (Ms Yeo the spokesperson since beginning): I had never said a “No” when you express your intention to send your caregiver back for transfer until you requested to call me to “give some feedback about the caregiver”, with no delay immediately we connected via phone call and I hear from you: Before your late grandma passed away she handed over a pair of rings to your mum and auntie “in the presence of caregiver” and your mum placed it near the TV console which was “seen by the caregiver” (the caregiver just stared working with your family few days ago and I have no clue why are you doing all these in front of her, she is nearly a stranger to you) And you moved on sharing: later when everyone was at void deck helping with the funeral and the caregiver went up the unit by herself claim “she want to take a shower” (during the day) and later you found out that the ring was lost. (On a Friday) On the coming Sunday you said the caregiver went out to meet her friend without informing any close relatives / the person she suppose report to. (Caregiver had never requested to meet any friend since starting of her work). You called me to give me feedback and ask for “my advice” All these you shared with me gives me a strong impression that “this caregiver was the one took the rings and sold them to her friend on Sunday” My advice was, since you highly suspect her why don’t you make a police report to clear the doubts, if she is the one who took the rings, let the police go and handle; if she is clear, you don’t blame / suspect her, and me too, so that I can have peace of mind and confidently introduce her to my other clients, After discussion with your family members, you and Mr Yeo Eng Keat decided not to make police report and insist that I must take her back for transfer, threaten me to sue me if I don’t do so. If you don’t want to pursue the case, why are you calling me and in the first place. Since I already know that this caregiver is highly suspect to have serious integrity issues, how can I still bring her back and continue introducing to other families ? This has put me in a difficult position. I did offered at least 3 times (verbally and in written) if you report to police I’m willing to come and assist with the investigation, you just let me know what is the time. And later made offer to help you with repatriation cost if you were to consider sending het back. I totally understand how you feel after spending the money and went through the whole process of hiring, the job was confirmed on 10th Feb 2022 and the process took a long 3 weeks to have caregiver started working on 1st March 2022 (normally 5-7 working day) but couldn’t use her service for long, but all these has been explained since beginning. As an agency I believe I have acted for the best interest of my current client and future potential clients, if one day you agree with me please remove the bad review as this is damaging. Hi, I believe you are from one of my recent client because the same surname as Yeo. Ms Yeo and her family has been very reasonable and not over demanding. I’m grateful that you chose our services and always happy to serve with no spared effort. I’m sure you and your family are in deep sadness due to the lost of your love one, I don’t want to be defensive in this reply by diving too much into the details of this incident, however I really can’t accept if a caregiver is highly suspected to have serious integrity issues, as advised earlier, please activate SPF and start investigation and I’m always ready to assist you if needed. Again, apologise for the unpleasant experience you had with this caregiver, I will be more stricter in our recruitment process and no hesitate to reject if caregiver has lost trust or integrity ? hope you can understand I can’t be keeping quiet and hoping can introduce her to another client ? I’m open to consider sharing of repatriation cost of you were to send her back, hope this offer ease your stress 16 Mar 7.45am I do not want to continue this conversation if you are twisting the words, you threatened to sue me but I have no way to stop it nor I wish to accept her and give her transfer because I’m under this pressure. Repatriation cost is fully on employer, I’m just trying out ways to help in goodwill, if you think I’m trying to give in because you give me one star review, I’m sorry I’m not going to share the cost
