A truly amazing place to stay 19 of us spent a wonderful family long weekend at this amazing house to celebrate an 80th birthday and it didn't disappoint. Everything you could possibly need for a fabulous family get together is catered for and more besides. The grounds are beautifully kept and were enjoyed by both children and adults with the plentiful supply of outdoor games. The house is both elegant and comfortable and extremely well stocked with plentiful supplies of crockery cutlery glassware towels robes slippers etc. Setting is wonderful and the scenery is breathtaking. Alina was very welcoming and was quick to respond to any questions we had during our stay. Communication with owners and their representatives was excellent from booking onwards. I can highly recommend the property and would love to return again one day soon

Perfect family weekend The most perfect place for any celebration or just to chill with family and friends - there is something for everyone - we had a party aged from 1 year to 89 years and we all had the most fantastic time, relax, play games or simply enjoy the local area. The special part is that with a 5 star accommodation you also get a warm homely experience A wonderful place to stay created by amazingly professional hosts

Best Easter stay ever & Happy 18th 18 family members went for an Easter get together(plus early 18th celebration) and it did not disappoint in any area. The level of response to any question/issue was instant, they even had a ‘swing ball’ game delivered for us whilst we were there as the weather was so nice. This house has everything that you need to cater for the full 18 of us. Plates , bowls, cutlery etc, oh plus three dishwashers! Tesco delivered right on time and we didn’t ‘need’ anything that wasn’t already provided, they have thought of everything. Slippers, robes and towels for the hot tub. Stuff to take down to the pebble beach, and board games inside. Easter cakes and a welcome package left ready for us and everything explained when we arrived. High chairs, child gates etc, all provided and left in various rooms as requested. We all had a lovely time and would love to revisit.

A PERFECT girls weekend We stayed at Llanlliana for 3 nights in April 2024 as a group of 20 girls celebrating a big birthday. This is the 2nd time we have visited Llanlliana, having also stayed 10 years ago for a family anniversary. This house is a very special place, and now holds very special memories for our family. The attention to detail really makes this property a 5* experience. The quality of the robes and towels, the very kind hamper of treats on arrival, the booking experience from start to finish are just a few examples of things which make this property such a luxurious and wonderful place to stay. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for 20 adults. The outdoor area and the vast amount of land around the house also makes this the perfect destination for families with children. Everything you could possibly need or wish for during your stay has been thought of, and I could not recommend Llanlliana more - I can not wait to go back!

Perfect week end The house and location is beautiful we stayed for a family get together for my mums 60 th the beds was so comfy the house has every thing you need the little extra touches which was provided made the week end more special for my mum if I could give more stars I would wil definitely be returning thanks

Stunning house, beautiful location, great for special family events Absolutely fabulous house for large family gathering for a special occasion. Rooms are all excellent, we went as a family of 6 adults and 6 grandchildren ranging from 15 to 8 years and all had the best time ever. Everyone had their own bedroom, 2 lounges, dining room seats 20 with bar and dishwasher. Large well equipped kitchen with 2 more dishwashers. Superb hot tub which we all enjoyed with robes, slippers, towels all provided. Lovely welcome basket with local produce and fresh flowers in rooms. Dan and Nikki have thought of everything to make your stay special and I highly recommend this gorgeous house. Great walks down to the sea and along the coast right from your own door and lots of room for the kids to run free. Do try it, you won’t be disappointed!

You will not be disappointed We stayed here for new year with family and friends. Our party ranged from aged five to 82 and no one was disappointed. Communication with Dan and Nicky the owners throughout the book in process and during our stay was excellent . They were readily available for guidance, advice and ideas . The house is stunning and deserves the five star rating. All of the rooms are maintained to a very high standard with plenty of space to relax and enjoy all that it has to offer . There is an amazing hot tub, games room and plenty of outdoor space . The dining room is big enough to seat everyone comfortably with plenty of crockery, serving dishes, glasses etc you will not be disappointed. We plan to return and would highly recommend this venue to everyone .

You must stay here ! We stayed at Llanlliana for 4 days to celebrate a special birthday weekend. The experience was unforgettable - the family guests and the incredible made the stay into one of those special memories that will last a lifetime. There were 17 of us ranging from 5 months to 82 y/o. The house was a perfect space for us and everything we wanted to do (rounders match, pool competition, table football competition, themed dinner party and gala dinner). The house is very well maintained and the rooms are tastefully decorated with excellent en suites and bathrooms. While the house looks big from outside it is like a Tardis and feels much bigger inside ! The dining room is perfect for family dinners and we we would also recommend Dai the Chef who came in and cooked our celebration dinner on my birthday evening. He transformed the room into an intimate space, beautifully lit with the real fire warming it. There is, of course, the massive hot tub in the front garden that we got plenty of use out of. Our 5 year old guest thought it was a swimming pool ! There are stunning walks to enjoy without leaving the boundary of the property and the beach is peaceful and if you are lucky you will see some seals. A special mention to Dan who was helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. He even allowed us to visit and have a preview months before when we were staying in Anglesey for the weekend. The welcome gifts that were there on arrival were also generous and thoughtful. This is a beautiful house that will enhance your special occasion and will become a part of your special memories. We fully intend to stay again on the next special occasion that we can make an excuse for ! In case you can't tell, we cannot recommend the house too highly for your special event.

Fabulous memory-making family holiday We have recently returned from the beautiful Llanlliana. The trip was organised by my parents to celebrate both of their 80th birthdays. It was a long time in the planning and it proved a suitably special place for all the family to gather and enjoy each other’s company for a wonderful week. From the thoughtful and plentiful hamper provided on arrival to the spectacular views from the stylish and comfortable bedrooms to the AMAZING hot tub, everything was simply perfect for a multigenerational family gathering. The walks were lovely and it was always a pleasure to return to the house to enjoy its peaceful setting and comfort. The owners really have thought of everything and we wanted for nothing - not something one can say about many destination properties. We just LOVED everything about the place and all agree we would go back in a heartbeat. Thank you for everything, Llanllania!

W0W A place to make fantastic family memoirs . Stayed to celebrate my parents 60 wedding anniversary.A party of 18 from 10 years old to 89 years. The house is of a very high standard plenty of space for the whole family .And cleaned very high standard with everything you could need for a fantastic break. The games room and fantastic swim up spa which was checked and cleaned daily was a .great hit with all the family as well as the walk to the beach to catch a glimpse of the seals On recommendation from Emily we booked Dai chef for a fantastic evening meal in the stunning dinning room something the family will never forget. we would like to thank Emily and the team for being so friendly no question was to big or to small and answered in a quick and professionally Hopefully we will be able to return soonw
